When I started watching your videos I was 19, I was in an extremely toxic environment and was having some very unsafe thoughts about myself and my existence in general. Your videos are one of the things I watched when I first went to work In the morning. It has always calmed me down, and alowed me to beable to focus. Fast forward to now two years later. Today I'm packing, I'm finally going to be living somewhere safe and I wanted to say thankyou for helping me stay calm everyday, I was able to hold down a job and see a possible future and I will never be able to thankyou enough. ❤️

I feel like I've been struggling in my 20s to find authentic relationships where I can feel completely myself and energized from conversations...I have so many people in my life where it feels like I have to put a front on and can never truly be myself anymore. we got this Crystal 🥹🫶 it took me a good 5-10 years to get to this moment, with lots of growing pains and friendship breakups in between. keep checking in with yourself, keep staying true to yourself, and keep unpeeling the layers of the self-discovery onion bc sooner or later you'll absolutely find the gems you're looking for!
