- IG: / rowenatsai | The road to 30! 🥳 As someone who genuinely enjoys growing up, I surprisingly faced a lot of resistance and hesitation leading up to the big three-oh. Maybe it's because the already vague vision of who you thought you'd be when you're a "real adult," created by your teen self, becomes shattered as you're nowhere near where you felt you "should" be. Somewhere along the lines of being a married, home-ownered adult with children frolicking alongside you in a beautiful flower field wearing white linen shirts and dresses (inspired by detergent ads I'd see growing up in Taiwan 😂 ).
But who gets to determine what we "should" be doing by 30? (Pssst, it's ourselves! 🙂) No matter where you are in life, how old you are, or what you're going through, know that you're exactly where you need to be. And that you have full control over what you should be doing with your life. 💘
It's been a little while but hopefully, these vlogs filmed at the end of 2021 (one more to come!) can help fill you in on what I've been up to before we officially start VLOG 1 - the beginning of 2022 vlogs!!

Welcome to being 30 Rowena! I turned 35 last year and I wasnt ready. I cried and cried because I think society has conditioned us to believe that women have a 'used by date'. But I overcame those emotions and a few months after by birthday got a great job and changed careers completely, met some amazing new people who have shown me new sides to myself and loved me for me. I even cleaned out my wardrobe as I am realises even my style is changing. It is a very empowering place to be. So excited to see how your 30s evolve.. you have been and still are a massive inspiration

I just recently started watching your videos since I’ve been having a lot of awful anxiety and depression for the last month. You’ve helped make me feel like I’m not alone and can get better.
