as someone who is around the same age as you, seeing you spend more time with your parents makes my heart so happy. i lost my my mom 20 years ago when i was a kid and my dad last year as an adult. seeing your relationship with them makes me think this is what i would have if they were still here 💛

rowena - i can't express how much i love your videos. i love seeing your journey and reflections in a way that feels so authentic and human. as a young college student, i often worry about life after college since the only thing I've known my entire life is school, so being out there in the real world with no distractions to cling onto is scary. thank u so much for this reflection and for taking time to yourself. i know how it feels to be constantly running on a hamster wheel and feeling like it's so hard to take a step back. happy new year

Currently I feel so lost for not having a job, but also not finding something that fills my purpose and soul. The free time I have has also got me into letting myself go too much which I kind of dislike and adds to the distress. I struggle with enjoying the moment when I feel like I am constantly thinking of my bigger goal. I feel like I am too hard on my self and probably am ove average compared to others, but the internal satisfaction is not there. Maybe that’s normal and part of the process. I am in my mid 20s and single, so it’s been a struggle. Trusting this process through your inspiration. ❤ love you lots!

I can relate Rowena, I wonder if it was a global time post-covid for many to do this - but letting myself go I learned also be kinder to the parts of myself I didn't know so well, until now, and through that though - let's call it Manager Alex - wasn't happy, these perhaps younger parts matured, and their self-expression gave way to stronger boundaries and growth I didn't expect. Really nice to see your thoughts for the year, as a community I just love how UA-cam and other networks we can synergise online and through sharing, even by watching your video, the benifits flow on to us all through your effort and great posted expression

Honestly I thought last year you were going to go completely offline for good and I’m sure you wanted to but I appreciate you staying on to help. People like me have a really hard time getting offline and facing life. I love all your videos but you should never feel pressured to make things quickly just to uphold the weekly posting of UA-cam. Your channel is about self care and there’s nothing more inspiring than you taking a step back and living your values. I just watched your morning routine video and made me wonder, there are so many morning routines out there but what about how to end the day like right after work. I often find myself doom scrolling right after my 9-5 where I have been working hard and on my feet all the day last thing I want to do is feel productive yet I feel terrible after wasting the day away.
