As someone who works on an animal shelter, let me tell you, that is not abuse. Yes, the handler forced the dog into the water (he should have waited), but people are dramatising a lot. Do you seriously trust the press? The video is clearly cut, and the dog is not drowning at the end like they say. If you want to know what "abuse" truly is, go and volunteer at a shelter. These animals have better life quality than many people.
