You should get a golden retriever!! They are the best, they are cute, playful, sweet, protective, adorable, joyful and always by your side 💗 I have two of them and I could not live without them. There is no problem if you live them alone because, when I sometimes live my dogs alone, they are completely fine. ( They don't destroy things, in my case). When you get back (if you live them alone) they will kiss you and cuddle you, (but try to not live them alone for more than 6 hours, because, I mean, poor dog, it will miss you a lot, and although the dog is only one part of your life, you are his/her WHOLE life). They love water! They live like for 12-14 years. Also, they are very family friendly. Great with kids, adults , etc.. And, they are very smart!
I have an Australian Shepherd and they are amazing! They are so friendly and love everyone and are really good with other dogs. (I know because my friend also has one) They are also very agile and fast so if you decide to take it running it can keep up. They are freaking awesome.

I had a German Shepard growing up, all he did was try to please and protect we loved that dog with all our heart and he loved us too...... personally from my experience I’d get a German Shepard he was a great companion and was excited when we got a Labrador so I’d get a German Shepard or a Labrador

Australian Shepard!!!! I have one and he already knows so many tricks and he is only 12 weeks. They are also very easy to train. They will not try to harm anything and are very loyal to there owners. I have a mini Australian Shepard bit if you want something a little more big than you could get a normal size Aussie or if you want something smaller you could get a toy,

They like to guard the yard (because they think everywheres our yard! Lol) and they like to take 2-5 naps everyday. You guys should try an English Sheppard they do not bark as much and are super affectionate and they also are very cuddly and active and they love to play fetch and play with squeaky toys. I honestly suggest them the most for your preferences they have medium fur and are pretty big but medium the downside of them is they only live till 14, mine died at 11 because of a tumor, because dogs like that can get tumors but our dog was already old and would not survive surgery. But otherwise they are the most loving active and playful dogs ever (in my opinion)
I’ve grown up with a border collie ( Marley) we actually got him from willows farm in the uk he was the runt . He’s now 9 years old and has arthritis in his hips but it’s so true even at his older stage and when we first got him he was never tired 😂 but I still love him to death , omfg that expression is really scary written down 😂, also assuie sheperds and border collies are not for you guys AS THEY NEVER STOP BARKING btw I have them both and DAYUM they are driving me to madness but I love em ❤️😂😂they’re not for you as you said that you don’t what a lot of barking and they actually bark in they’re sleep 😂❤️❤️

I have two Coton De Tuelars and they are very smart and sweet. They are also considered "circus dogs" so they love to stand on their back legs and turn around. They also know so many tricks and are super easy to train. They loved to cuddle and also love to run around. Coton De Tuelars love to play with another dog so Evee would be great for a Coton De Tuelar. If you want a larger dog an Irish Setter is perfect. I am getting one this summer and I have researched about them for a while and they seem so sweet and loving. I personally prefer the red and white Irish Setters. If you search up a picture you will see. Those are two choices I recommend you get! Luv you guys and Evee is adorable!💛❤💚💜💙
