I love how much you invested in being able to force your opponent to play the "Replace your deck spell", and both examples you showed the opponent almost immediately plays it for you! Players that play for fun? What is wild coming to?
I've watched the stream where Mark tried this and trust me, you don't want to see the gazillion frustrated concedes after missing again with the Unseen Saboteur or dying early to aggro decks.
@@amaranthus4206 why aren't there any games where the saboteur did its job? Were the only games he managed to record of this deck working the ones where the opponents helped out?
@@davidy22 I'm not entirely sure, so don't quote me on this, but I think it actually was like that. I can't remember seing the saboteur doing his thing as expected.
steamcleaner is one of my favourite cards, specially in duels. so rewarding to hit their For the Horde/Stand as One or the warrior bombs, or even the Be Our Guest invitations. had people ragequit so many times under a reduced 3rd round steamcleaner
True but right now you can already get mechathun out on turn 6 so it’s a slightly slower version of the deck (and you would have to have mechathun in your starting hand or early for this, too)
Mage didn't cast it (didn't have enough mana). Mark saboteured out the pocket dimension spell. Very nice of the mage to stick around long enough to see the card!
*"And the opponent is either going to play it"* Never gonna happen *"or we force them to play it with Unseen Saboteur"* Ah there we go, now it's a combo Edit: Alright, well, after watching the whole video, I guess nevermind what I said.
I knew that eventually you would have come up with a deck to use the new bot card. It's actually pretty good but not sure how the meta will evolve around it. Still fun to play for sure.
Hey Mark, only recently discovered your channel. Really like your crazy combos and the fact that you're not super overreacting like some other hs guys are
I was thinking of turning the opponent into rag then useing the steamcleaner. Another combo i thought of was useing king togwaggle then after swapping useing steamcleaner.
Not only this is the funniest deck I've played to date, it's the deck that made me consider playing wild. I've never played wild before. Thanks @MarkMcKz! I am curious in how much time did you get to this decklist, it seems pretty final.
Woke up to this, HAVE to play it. OK I PLAYED ONE GAME AND ALREADY HAVE A STORY. I only had enough dust to craft a single unseen saboteur, so i did. I had most of everything else, 0 Explore un'goros and only 1 fires of zin-azshari. So i ran with it. I could not for the LIFE OF ME draw fires, but i finally did when i had about 3 cards left in my deck, and 6 in my hand. With those 6 I played brann and Theotar to try and guarantee I give them fires, because I had enough mana to play unseen saboteur afterwards. Theotar's options come up the first time, I take his Flamestrike, my options come up and there's no fires of zin-azshari. I say "unlucky, but i get another chance! the odds are in my favor.... right?" I give him my zola the gorgon, because the other 2 options were saboteur and steamcleaner which i needed, and he'd already played mutanus and it ate my other steamcleaner. The 2nd options come up, so i took back my zola, but it was the SAME OPTIONS AGAIN for my cards. Gave him Flamestrike back and now i hate my life :)
When looking for a card you should use general draw cards before specific draw cards to increase you chances of finding it, I notice you don't follow that rule
Hey, Mark. I know you often get achievements by accident when you're doing some of these really cool combos. I wondered if you'd ever thought of doing videos that were about hunting achievements in Hearthstone that you don't have yet, or looking for? I think I would be interested in watching that, and if you plan it right, you could essentially end up with 2 videos from one recording session where you're chasing a combo, but highly likely to get an achievement at the same time for doing something specific? Thanks for all the cool videos.
Steamcleaner is one of my favourite new cards. Instantly burning all cthun pieces on turn 5 Will never not be funny. PS. Did anyone else notice that wargen greaser turned Into a 4 mana 6/4?
The more time passes, the better Explore Un'goro becomes as a standalone card because of the increase in the passive power level of cards over time, giving you better options to discover. At some point, having the option to pay 2 mana tax for the ability to add some versatility and reactivity to your draws isn't complete garbage. The biggest drawback is that you lose any synergy you could potentially have in your pre-built deck, which in todays game just so happens to be much stronger than what Explore Un'goro gives you in reactivity. If we ever find a Wild meta where the top decks aren't synergy based and just use really strong standalone cards, Explore Un'goro still wouldn't be good, but it'd be much better than it is right now, and could potentially find a niche as a tier 3 deck or something.
The reason it's bad is because there are hundreds of Neutral trash cards you can get, if you could only get cards from your class it could actually be playable.
It's actually the opposite. Discover effects become worse over time as the expanded card pool gets bloated by pack filler cards so you're less likely to get the few strong cards from a discover. Especially from Explore Un'goro which doesn't even have any defined parameters to narrow down the options it gives. This is the reason why Discover Random Card cards are considered memes in Wild (With the best use being Casino Mage which only really cares to get randomly generated spells irregardless of what the spell actually is), while they're really strong in Standard where the card pool is more limited so good options are more frequent - Such as how Prestor Druid became strong because of the limited pool of Dragons it could pick from. On top of this, Explore Un'goro is extra trash because you get your likely trash random card... With a plus 1 mana cost on it because each Explore spell costs 1 mana (Which is why the card never saw play ever)
@@kourii well this is not even fun 😅 you need to get even some wins, to this be fun. But about 50 games later, and 1 win, i say its faaaaar from fun. Its just stupid waste of time, dont know why he even posted this deck

So how does Steamcleaner interact with King Togwaggle? If you play Togwaggle and then play Steamcleaner, do both decks get deleted?

How are you not playing Cho in this deck?
Now that I think about it, you can't play Cho because then you have to actually play the spell, and that would ruin the combo
