- The goal of this Wild Hearthstone March of the Lich King Deathrattle Warlock OTK combo deck is to use Devourer of Souls combined with Shallow Grave! We do this by playing Devourer of Souls, Corpse Raiser, double Shallow Grave, Selfish Shellfish, and Expired Merchant to discard Ritual of Doom. Then, we use Ritual of Doom to destroy the Merchant, Shellfish, and infinite copies of Devourer of Souls for the mill OTK! Super fun meme deck! Good luck!

At first I was like “he’s just gonna use tamsin spell with the shellfish deathrattle” but then mark described this ultimate 20-step 8-card combo. Truly premium

For this OTK, all you need is to play 8 cards in the right order. A classic.
At that point, its easier to play mechachtun. But thats funnier
The more convoluted and overly-complex the combo, the more I love it.
That combo is so complicated I'd have to look at all the cards individually to see what they do.

@@minnieshoof lol true. I would much rather have a video of him explaining the combo in detail for 3 minutes than seeing the combo, than have him explain it in 5 seconds and watch a full game
i know this is 4 months old, though i'll still reply. the combo is fairly straightforward: we need at least 2 devourers with some deathrattle that can loop the effect, that can be shellfish, mine or something else. we achieve 3 devourers by giving him a resummon deathrattle and playing the 2 mana that triggers and destroys it and since corpse raiser gave a DR, the next devourers will be resummoned with that resummon DR. the next part he plays all his minions with a minion that discards a card and DR to return it to the hand played last - he discards one of his rituals and uses the 2nd one to trigger the DR. devourers all copy that DR and now their DRs are: resummon and return ritual spell. he uses the returned ritual spell on shellfish to trigger its DR and devourers copy it. after that he simply uses rituals on devourers as they keep stacking their resummon, return spell to hand and opponent draws 2 effects.
Imagine not hitting Onyxia with that Plague at 5:26
He could have killed a Whelp with the 2/2 to be sure.

His voiceline is literally perfect for this combo, the abyss being empty just like my wallet after a date perfectly describes the empty deck they are left with, and knowing the deck is empty they see their end... of the game

If the Devourers are picking up the death rattles of previous Devourers, could you create an infinite defile version of this combo?
Devourer, Corpse Rattle, trigger twice, Shelly, Ritual of Doom on Shelly: you have three Devourers (A, B, C) on board with three health. C would have the resummon death rattle and the card death rattle. Deal 2 damage to C and one damage to B (touch, coil, archer, whatever). A would have 3 health, B would have 2, C would have 1. First defile tick, C would die and give its death rattle to the other two, A would go to 2, B would go to 1, C would be resummoned at 3 health without the death rattle. Second defile tick, B would die, C would gain the deathrattle from B and go to 2 health, A would go to 1 health, B would be resummoned at 3 health without the deathrattle. That could continue for all 30 defile ticks.
It's one more card (adding pings and defile, not needing expired and one ritual) and a couple more mana (or discounts), but it wouldn't require emptying your hand or running into animation limits.

Defile has like a 20 proc limit or something similar.
Edit: I missed, you said it, it's still 60 cards drawn, so probably lethal
With an empty deck, it's 1830 damage, enough to kill an armor druid in most cases
@@satibel One thing about this combo is: Each Devourerer of Souls doubles the cards drawn.

I think it probably could beat armor druid lol. That first game you had another 10 seconds where you could continue playing cards after he was dead. Fatigue had already built up pretty quickly, you'd only need another few procs to punch through over 100 armor.
I love mill decks for some weird reason. Nice combo.

The IQ required to think of a deck like this. The guy who made this deck is a genius bc all these effects in a specific order, to see it and still be in disbelief sheesh man tlmade a card immortal lol

2 4 8 12 20 32 52 84 136 220 356 = number of drawn cards per each kill of the minion assuming you follow the optimal order (1,2,3 repeat). At 8 kills you would deal 3570 damage (if I calculated right).

i think instead of all the fancy setup, defile with a devourer at 1, 2 and 3hp should do the trick. good old infinites though!

I had an idea that you can easily make content with. If you haven’t done it already. Spam time warp as many times as possible and your opponent can’t even take a turn. Just for start, I forget the card name but it’s a parrot that repeats the last spell you played that was 5 cost or more, use two of those and that’s 3 plays right there. I know you have the card knowledge and cards to play time warp several more times than that.
would not the 7 mana with 3 dmg to all minion deathrattle create a REAL infinite loop ? since they endlessly would self ressurect and destroy itself again

i played a mill hunter deck with the hunter's legendary when they reintroduce play dead, so with brann I made them draw 4, play dead twice for 12 and then kill the guy for 16, not too bad for the fact that that I can resurrect the clamp and play 2 more next turn

It's in the legacy set. You should be able to just type it in, click 'crafting', and see it pop up. They don't show you cards if you don't have enough dust, though

This actually would beat Armor Druid, it deals EXPONENTIALLY INCREASING damage.
The complaint isn't with the damage you'd do, it's that the animations would take too long to play out and the turn would end before you could kill them
