Chicken looks so good, also a little splash of white rice vinegar in the pan just before you serve,in Ireland we eat it with curry sauce with it also. ❤
Cool tutorial on the spice bag 👌 although it's lacking the sauces that usually comes with a spice bag like a curry sauce and or sweet chilli sauce . What kinda sauces would the American folks use with their spice bag ?
Your so right! I did leave the sauce out! I do know traditionally its served with a curry sauce. I like to make up a soy based curry sauce for it personally.
'This is spice bag seasoning' .... Can you please break that down for those of us who aren't able to buy a ready made spice mix please - What is in Spice bag seasoning?
Absolutely, the original can be bought online, and I have found several recipes for it as well. Here is one 2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp cayenne TT Freshly ground pepper
It is 'Irish' because this is where it originates. This is common in takeaways in Ireland, and has become extremely popular in the last 15 years. It's really delicious and I highly recommend it.

Probably no need to show all the cutting of all the potatoes. Apart from that, good recipe.

@@ChefJonCooks "Why" It's popular is because it's delicious. How it came to be is maybe what you're wondering?
