How to pull out damaged wedge anchors in concrete

This isn’t common but if you have to do this here is how. After we removed the wedge anchors we used A7 chemical epoxy to cure new bolts in as the originals were not deep enough.

Just flatbar with coupling nuts welded in it. An old custom gear puller

What’s the name of the yellow threaded thing with the hook on it that you’re attaching the slide hammer to?

It’s just an eye bolt with a coupling nut threaded on to the bolt.
