My name is Michael. This is where I make informative videos on skills and techniques I have learned over the years as well as lean principals.
I specialize in metalworking techniques. Over the years of entrepreneurship I have learned a lot of skills on my own or from UA-cam so it’s great to give back.

But where can I get a roller like that
Thank you very much! Was about to tear it apart and check power etc. Started after a minute or two of spinning the impeller.
No real trouble shooting here😂 self explanatory
My pump turns on for less than a second and then shuts down. The impeller moves freely so there must be something else going on? The pump worked for a short time when I bought it 6 mths ago but it has never pumped any fuel for me. Any ideas?
This is a man that truly uses his tools. Awesome to see this.
yeah he already fucked up… he should ran tha strap back thru to tha front
What size are they? Where you got them?
I like that you wrote the dimensions down. I also like that you used thousands. Great workmanship. Someone is lucky to have you working for them.
@@petersipp5247 thanks for the complement! Appreciate the views!
😂
This seems like misinformation.
I've found more useful information inside a fortune cookie.
@@john4200ful I’ll make a video on how to use a hammer. You look like what type of guy that doesn’t know the right end.
Ty
Where does the battery go? 🤣🤣 Who uses tools from the 90s anymore ❤❤
Real pro tip...throw the wrench away, if you never use it you will never have to
I just push the blade lock and grab the blade by the side and give it a good yank and it loosens up.
I have a drawer of "item specific tools". Everything gets a label with item, model and date of purchase on it.
Thanks for a new idea for my service truck
What if it's battery powered
Unplug it and use your hands. Those wrech keys suck and are only good for busting your knuckles. If you have something on there good, the wrench won't help anyway.
Here’s a real pro tip. You don’t need that stupid wrench if you know what you’re doing
true, i hand tight all my discs. i only use the wrech if some idiot over tightened it
Took my words.
I was going to say the same 👍🏼
Right on brother!!
What is it with Australians and fakin MAKITA stuff anyway ?
Naw yi wulnea That thing won’t see the year out. 😊
Easy way to make your grinder go missing haha
Like all drills used to have with chuck key attached to cord
I'm not a retard I don't buy f****** grinders with a cord
Who cares.
Hope you’re enjoying your new hammer. You couldn’t beat a drum
Good thank u sir
What book do you find that info in?
@@shaunybonny688 it was years ago but it took days and a lot of internet searching for this. I think in the OM control there may be similarities in parameters for fanuc tape.
@@bruneprune Fanuc tape? Paper tape? I have a fanuc series 0 maintenance manual, does that sound right?
This same me! Thanks!
My vertical line doesn't turn off. Don't know why
That's a ticket if you have to drive thru a scale or get pulled over by D.O.T. and your strap doesn't have the writing and the wear indicator line facing up!! Also the strap is not to be on the outside of the rub rail. Another ticket!! Rub rails are designed to protect your straps. If you get in an accident and the straps are cut you can potentially lose your load and injure or kill someone!
Any chance you still have a list of parameters for a First CV-410 or have contact with the guy you sold it to... I'm trying to save one from the scrap heap.
Thank you verry much

Great video. Thanks
Thank you very much Michael! Excellent ideas!
Can you do a video on welding these up into a enclosed piece?
My collegues comment : this is 101 how not to do the video demonstration.
@@GodEternalWithinYourBody There is always room for improvement. Thanks for your input.
It would help not burning through bits if you didnt try to force the bit theough with your whole body at full speed. They work better if you either have high speed and low pressure or low speed high pressure.
I bougt one of these, after a little testing I find it's fine but my question is : Where did you find that page that you have blown up and sheathed, that's excellent, I want to laminate one and stick on the wall :)
i think its in the manual if you google it.

So the busting you said not to lose…. Is it just one on the right side?
Well, it's certainly faster than the rag method.
Man that's awesome. I do a fair bit of welding and fabrication as an electrical apprentice doing duct bank, but this is just another level of fabrication. Love to see it.
Beautiful job! As a European I can't help feel that having to say "250 plus a 1/32" is just making a rod for your own back, but it evidentially works for you!
would you prefer "250.03125"?
@@SkyOctopus1 I’m in Canada we should be metric. But because we’re so close to USA all metal thickness is imperial so it makes it even more difficult. Even if you are using metric on drawings a 10mm plate is only .375 not .393 so you end up doing more math.
