I would suggest not unbinding crouch as it would be better to make a punishment whenever you click the crouch key for example set your crouch key the same as the pull out your knife key play a few DMS (do not play ranked like this) and this should remove your habit of crouching excessively

It won't help you guys... It's literally nothing but one scheme of peeking and firing, but the real thing is that in game there are millions of scenarios of people peeking, so it won't help you at all. You just need to play, but yeah warming up on deathmatch/swift/unranked should do the trick.

It’s not your aim it’s because your Insta crouch but you have good first bullet accuracy with some weapons just work on strafing burst and tap
