Dot crosshair on stretched res will make you better for sure. Your crosshair is huge and barely has a gap (or none) which is bad if you play with a cross

just a quick lil tip , make sure to use 400 dpi if you are using true stretched and boom you will see result

What graphics card are you on because if u are on an amd u should search it up but for invidious just go into invidious setting and look for resolution then make a custom one
