    Get ready to spice up your mealtime with these Spicy Korean Chicken Noodles! Crafted with love and a fiery kick, this dish is perfect for those who crave bold flavours and a bit of heat.
    *To make this dish Vegetarian or Vegan, you can replace the Chicken for example Tofu or Cauliflower.

    Ingredients:
    • 200g Chicken Breast, Sliced
    • 200g Wok-ready Noodles (Ramen, Soba Noodles or Udon Noodles)
    • 15ml Sesame Oil (only required If cooking the noodles beforehand)
    • 30g Sliced Red Onion
    • 30g Grated Carrot
    • 30g Mangetout or Sugar Snaps
    • 30g Broccoli Florets
    • 80ml 2saucy Korean Pepper - All Purpose Sauce
    • Olive Oil
    • Salt
    Cooking instructions:
    • Cook the Noodles: If pre-cooking the noodles, cook them according to the package instructions. If using ready-to-wok noodles, set them aside.
    • Cook the Chicken and Onions: Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onions and cook until they are soft and browned. Season the sliced chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the pan and cook until it's lightly browned.
    • Add the Vegetables: Add the grated carrots, mangetout or sugar snaps, and broccoli pieces to the pan with the chicken and onions. Stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly crisped.
    • Add the Sauce: Pour approximately 30-40ml of 2Saucy Korean Pepper - All Purpose Sauce into the pan and mix it with the chicken and vegetables.
    • Add the Noodles: Add the noodles directly to the pan, pour an additional amount of 2Saucy Korean Pepper - All Purpose Sauce (approximately 30-40ml) over the entire dish.
    • Serve: Toss everything together until it's well-coated in the sauce and heated through. Divide the cooked dish between plates, Serve and enjoy!
