You can make a more literal translation of "Si se puede"..."Yes, it can be done" If people regularly used that term as a way of refering to a group's collective efforts to achieve a certain objective and at the same time give encouragement, then the literal translation would be correct because it conveys the precise meaning and is grammatically correct. However, it is not idiomatically correct since the more common usage is "Yes we can!" That's why we still need human translators.
