90% of my NATOs have been “customized” the exact same way.
Got a titanium version with the aged/distressed face and day-date. Great watch but the lume is entirely useless. Dont get that model if you want to wear it at night.
Buyer beware: I ordered 1 of these from Boderry on the 29th of September. I received shipping information on the 13th of October. The shipping information ever since has just said shipping label created, and I have not received the watch as of the 2nd of December. I have contacted Boderry a few times, and they keep saying things like the shipping information will update next week. The shipping will update within 2 days. When shipped the watch over the weekend, and shipping will update. I am pretty sure I will never receive this watch, and their customer service is not helpful at all.
It would be helpful to say which website you ordered from. If it were Ali Express, it must have been the Boderry Official Store?
I have order two from Amazon and one from their Ali X store with no problems. All shipped from the same place.

I ordered in early October and got the watch mid December. There was an issue causing a delay on this watch in particular, but they do turn up. Did you get your's in the end?
I ordered mine direct from the Boderry website on 12th July. It arrived this morning, 18th July in the UK. Can't complain about six day delivery.
I also agree, everyone must me very informed before. This is a peace of crap company Boderry. I also bought a watch from boderry directly that arrived not working. Nothing, not moving, so the quality control is ZERO. On top of that, they only substitute if you pay yourself and arrange it to return the watch all the way to china, which ends up costing more than the watch. Jodi, you have an obligation to your viewers to caution everyone about this because this company is a fraud!! WARNING

Enjoyable review 👍 . I think you chose the nicest dial/case combination. Those thick leather NATOs (not that we're allowed to call them that now 🙄) are a joke, so thick! I wish Bertucci would make a metal watch for less than £100, I would prefer that with the integral lug design.
I really love your humour. A different take to watch reviews. I just ordered the titanium version of this field watch (and some MN straps to go with it). Looking forward to lay my hands on it.

Picked up the titanium version with the NH35 just before Christmas and I may end up grabbing the bronze too

Nice watch. Two things I would change: Arabics painted with orange lume stuff (orange as a daylight color), and swap out the movement for a Seiko VH31 quartz (and eliminate the date).
I love the idea of the form factor (obviously not original), but always wonder if I'd like it on wrist.
It’s the blue rubber strap for me, works with the hand colour, I think a red and white nato would work
I not quite into Bronze watches but Boderry’s Voyager is probably one of the best value Field Watches out there. But yeah, that lug hole placement…

Quirky review as ever 👍🏻. I have the black dial and completely agree about the strap . I had delivered yesterday a nato with slightly shinier keepers , almost brass coloured , that works for me . I'm going to cut up the leather strap now though
I bought the Gen 1 Miyota Ti version, and it's been improved nicely. The bronze looks even better.

I recently bought the bronze "Seaturtle" and within a week the crown pulled completely out of the watch. They sent me another one and the crown doesn't work properly on it either. They hint that I con't know what I'm doing - yeah, I do. I now have 2 pieces of junk in my drawer and I'm out CAD $240.
Well, I picked one of these up quite some time ago, when the first reviews and low price came out. It just arrived on December 9th after many inquiries on my part (and apologetic responses from Boderry).
It's a heck of a watch for the money but the very first thing to do is exactly what The Man, The Myth, The Master of disaster himself did: cut the strap into a single pass. My wrist is over 8 in in diameter and the darn thing was still too big with that thick double pass. Trimmed, it looks and feels quite wearable. I'm going to have it on for the weekend.
Lug design is gormless, 22mm won't allow most straps. Worse than that is taking a 40mm watch to 48mm across the lugs it won't fit a smaller wrist. Dial and hands are brilliant, half the time reading a watch numbers are not really necessary and just add to the design. Boderry need to take a better look at lugs or a belt sander there choice
Nice reveiw, I've been looking at these for a while, like you love the white but mmmm legibility issues also drawn to the green dial, but can't get over the glaring white date window (pet hate of mine) enjoyed your video, you've got a new subscriber and I look forward to seeing much more content off you cheers.
Great review! The watch itself looks a bit too big and bulky for me (I guess I'm spoiled by vintage watches that overall are smaller and more elegant), but I must say I really like the date at 4 o'clock! I don't think I've seen a watch with that design before.
Yup, very Bertucci case shape but the more I look at it, the more it gives me some Vostok classic Komandirskie vibes with the case color, dial and kinda similar hands..

I thought the main reason for having bronze was safety compared to steel. For example working on oil rigs.

This brand doesnt ship the orders. If you want to live troubles with shipping and can not refund your money. You can be free. Please read comments of customers (i mean people made payment and can not receive the orders) for boderry watch's shipping and refund problems

I don understand these ridiculous straps, really. Take a good quality blue or brown leather strap. Blue would make it a killer. Maybe black. The original is just plain awkward.

Boderry does not adhere to their own warranty conditions. In the event of a defect you are not entitled to anything. Don't buy this watch! The watch and the brand are absolute garbage.
Such a shame to hear this! One of the pitfalls of affordable watches sometimes.
I had ordered the green one about 2 months ago. Nothing happened for 2 weeks. Then It showed that they had "contacted the shipping company to pick up a shipment" another 2 weeks of no status updates with the bogus shipment. After 3 emails without a response, I called my credit card company and cancelled the order. Not once did someone from Boderry reach out to explain anything to me. Love the look of the watch but they have ZERO customer service.
My bronze and green arrived today. Took around 2 weeks which i didnt think was too bad. Its an extremely handsome looking thing but i agree about the strap being too thick. Any tips as i don't want to just cut it and get it wrong.
I used a sharp pocket knife on a chopping board. You can just use scissors too.

My November 8th order of the Boderry titanium field wat was finally shipped today from the website putting it in the Xmas rush. Never again.
I've heard a few stories like this. I hope this doesn't happen too often!
When I emailed them it magically got shipped the next day. But it's their loss I was going to buy this one here on special if I liked the titanium. My addies retro diver came in 9 days. I've always liked your videos BTW.
