You can use the same method to make a text tone. Save it down as a ringtone from Garage Band. Then in Settings/ Sounds & Haptics just under Ringtone, you can select Text Tone and change it to your new Ringtone.
Wow! A surprising number of steps required. Rather than having that be your default ringtone for all incoming calls, could you assign it to specified Contacts?

Yes you can. If you go into the contacts app, tap on edit scroll down to ringtone, you can change the ringtone for that specific contact.
