Thank you for advising people to donate to SimHub - I've seen too many streamers refer to SimHub and Crew Chief as "free", and the devs certainly deserve to have a few dollars thrown their way for enhancing our enjoyment of sim racing.
Will, it has just dawned on me that I have saved more of your videos for reference than anyone else in the industry. Thank you for providing so much useful information, especially to those like me who have not had a lot of exposure in this wonderful and exciting sim racing world.
Great video Will! I am assembling a quad monitor stand as we speak. I intended to use the fourth screen for race telemetry, position, etc. The process is a little daunting for a first time setup; I greatly appreciate your easy-to-follow instructions. Thanks again!
What easy to follow instructions he doesn't show how to get the 4th monitor to work while retaining the triples as they are. Wish he would show that my tv is set up but if I connect the hdmi all my screens go back to individual screens.
I’m that idiot that gives old stuff away when I purchase new stuff that replaces it. And then I watch a video like this and I’m like: ah yes, that is an option too 😂
Been using a second monitor for nearly the entire time I've had my game pc, 8 years, usually for temp/load monitoring and my voice chat. May be a bit under utilized, but it works. I run an 8" Amazon tablet and SimHub for my dash, slickest program I've tried.

How much electricity do you use? 1.21 giga watts?! Lol, on a serious note that rig is fantastic and a great idea if you have the space in your home. I decided to just do VR atm till I get more space for triples etc.
I never look at leaderboards while racing, if I use a 4th monitor it'd be for chat/stream mirror or extra info such as tire and car damage/pit stuff or something.
Will. Do you actually still have time or mindset to just enjoy simracing? Do you still do racing for the sake of "lets do a race, it will be fun" or this is become your work and everything you do is for work and not fun or as a hobby anymore?
I’ll be honest. I have very little time to just race and have fun these days. But I’m working towards freeing up more time. Bringing Tom on was a big part of that strategy.
Is there anything you don’t know about pc’s and sim racing gear ha. I swear I spend more time watching sim racing related videos than I do actually sim racing 😂
Hey Will. I follow your journey of building this impressive rig. I do race in VR myself but this video you made me think about one thing. I remember Steliyan from the channel Race Beyond Matter was mentioning in one of his previous videos the idea of building the artificial roof above the screens to separate your eye vision from what is above and increase the immersion effect of being inside the car. I have never had a chance to sit infront of such rig like yours. But it made me wondering, could building something on top made you - as a driver - have an increased feeling of "damn, I am in a car" and in your personal opinion what would be better for you 4th screen or increased immersion?
Those monitors can come extra handy but only if you have a separate PC to power them. If you use them along your main rig and it happens that the refresh rates are different than you have a big mess. Windows doesn't like this at all.
@@boostedmedia Will, if I have only one computer and say triples, each running 1440p at 165hz, will adding the 4th monitor running 1080p at 60hz be possible (using the same video card via HDMI port)? I don't want all monitors dropping down to 60hz or anything like that. Thanks.
Hey Will, I go back and watch videos I had previously watched at some point, and when watching this one I noticed you were using the bezel kits on your triples, and I recently purchased a kit from Asus for my triples, and while they do their job when the monitors are on, I have to admit it looks like I connected my monitors with clear packing tape when they are off.
