If he has to play for us to win against weak teams, then they should just shut him down for the season. There's no reason to even try to make the playoffs.

However the average number of games needed by Eastern Conference teams the past three seasons to get into the playoffs is 44. If the Sixers need to win 44 games and lose tonight night and tomorrow they will need to win 67 percent of their remaining games. So every win is a must win game. But the Sixers don’t seem to be in that mindset. Just look at the injury list for the OKC game.
