My husband and I stayed there in Theodora's room. We loved the cats there as well as the spooky history. 😄 I also had the best sleep of my life there. Who knew it would take a haunted hotel room to get a great night's sleep?
@@jenniicaroline it's a great room. There have been some weird things there, they just didn't happen to us. Check out the Ghost Hunters episode where they stayed in that room.
Shamayil Al Hajri It’s gorgeous, it’s not just the hotel either. The entire town is beautiful with brightly colluded houses and it’s a well-known motorcycle area. Definitely worth the visit and the area is filled with even more historical spots.
I live close to Eureka Springs and I go there all the time, there is a ghost cat there and you’ll see it on the stairs in random places it’s freaky. It kinda looks like the Garfield cat.
I am proud to be an Arkansan! My classmate stayed in the most haunted room here. Here is his story. So he stayed in the most haunted room in the crescent hotel. When he got home, his go pro turned on in the middle of the night. :^ sorry I didn’t put down the hole story,
I live in Arkansas to I went there when I was a baby for my sisters 16th birthday and now we’re going there again for my friends birthday in a few says
I have been there before at it is amazing the stories are great I honestly love it. I live in Arkansas so I can go a lot. its so beautiful and I made a friend there! Jasper (the hotel cat) just was so sweet and he just walked around the hotel. when you get to the morgue on the other hand... the are body parts put in jars filled with oils, it is truly disgusting, (I went in and looked around). Not to mention the weird noises, we heard some moving a table and there was no tables around us, there was also a conversation going on and everyone was silent. a teenager was told to hold a ghost detector because one of the ghosts, which was also the guy who ran the cancer hospital (he really didn't cure cancer) was into girls at a young age so it went off only around that one teenage girl. I have so many stories about the Crescent hotel!
I love haunted places. I go to Benedictine University in Illinois and it's the most haunted college in Illinois. I lived in one of the oldest dormitories on one of the most haunted floors. Around 3AM every night I'd wake up to someone knocking on our door and then running down the hall with the accompaniment of children's laughter. There was a blood moon in October of 2014 at around 4AM and I went to watch it and while walking back up the stairs there was a full body apparition that walked so fast past me and into the wall. I saw shadow figures in the basement when I had to do laundry and they would acknowledge your existence sometimes. I grew up in a haunted house so things like this don't freak me out as much, but that's only because these ghosts aren't bad they are just there.
Paige Velez So interesting, I live in Chicago and there is definitely creepy places throughout Illinois, love checking out all the creepy sites in our state!
i spent the night here for my 9th bday and i went to the bath room right away and when i was washing my hands i felt something slap my shoulder there was nothing on my back and we went to the pool i got out and my papa saw a hand print on my shoulder and the same thing on my cousens shoulder and she didnt feel a thing omg i even get chills talking about it!
I’ve actually been to the hotel before, and plan on going back for my birthday. Surprisingly, it’s not that hard to get a room, the first time I went though all of the rooms were sold out but you can expect that every once in a while as it is historical and apparently haunted. But one must admit it is an incredibly beautiful hotel (inside and out) and the town it’s in is gorgeous. Vibrant colors and motorcycles have never blended so well before. If you happen to go, go for a walk around you won’t regret it.
I live in arkansas and I've been there so many times. A guy who was a nightwatchmen with a lantern got his head chopped of on an old railroad that used to be by the hospital. They say that at night you can see his headless body roaming around with his lantern looking for his head.
My family was going to stay at crescent hotel during vacation long time ago. By nightfall, my dad had a panic attack and made us pack up and leave. My dad was in denial that he had anxiety and kept pacing. He said “Something is wrong. But I don’t know what it is. We need to leave.” I do not believe his desire to leave had anything to do with the ‘haunting’. We drove back to my grandma’s house in De Queen. I remember walking up the stairs there.
It was a hotel first, later Norman Baker used it for a place for cancer patients. It was not built as a place for cancer patients. That came later. Also, the railing was short because they didn’t have building codes that we do today.
ive been through a tour of the Crescent Hotel and it is super scary! It's also a really cool place to visit though. It's up in the Ozark Mountains and it's just awesome! when we went down to the morgue I had a fresh battery in my camera and it instantly died as soon as they started asking if any Spirits were around!
About 3 or 4 years ago I was in Eureka Springs to go see the Passion Play and we went and we decided to go take a tour of the Crescent hotel. We went down in the morgue and they told us that sometimes the ghosts would touch you and one touched my mom and she started screaming! It was an awesome experience but I would never stay the night there because I don't think I would be able to go to sleep.
The background of the scary place is more interesting than anything else... haha. I'm such a non believer, I think I need to visit one of these places!
are you scared? well, there's a food+drink buffet and an animal store all is free: Da Buffet: 🍸🍺🍷🍹🍶☕🍵🍼🍨🍧🍦🍩🍰🍪🍫🍬🍭🍮🍯🍳🍔🍟🍝🍕🍖🍗🍤🍣🍱🍞🍜🍚🍛🍲 Cute Animals: 😺🐶🐱🐭🐹🐢🐰🐥🐏🐑🐺🐮🐷🐸🐼🐧🐘🐨🐵🐯🐻🐪🐊🐳🐠🐡🐙🐬🐌🐛🐜🐝🐞🐲🐉 hope you feel better
I go there every year cause my family is from arkansas. its not to scary once you go there alot. But the stories about the hotel are true, when my grandpa was just a little boy it was in the newspaper about the girl falling down the stairs and the owner falling off the top of the building but people believe a nurse pushed him off the top.
I live in Eureka Springs and I’ve stayed here atleast 100 times and I remember a couple times me and my cousins would sneak into the morgue. There’s only 1 cat left I’m pretty sure but anyways the cats that are there are the deceased peoples cats and they roam around the hotel. Outside of the hotel they have the graves for the cats. Also, the stairs are very loft sided when going up and down.
Do you help me for learning english . I am preparing for ielts exam. Plze this is not a spam. If you like to help me plze send message in vijeshvsc@gmail.com
This place used to be a hospital. my friends grandpa used to deliver eggs here, and my mom and dad were married on a hill near here. I live like fifteen or twenty minutes from eureka springs. DIS IS MY TURF!
I heard that hotel closed or something??? Or actually they’re completely remodeling it and they’re changing the name and everything.... i don’t blame them.
About an hour ago my school choir, we are on a choir trip, just left the Crescent Hotel today. I found a food and water bowl, I didn't see the cat but now I know there is one
I went here and theres a room and it was the maids room and she got pushed off the balcony and the door doesn’t have any door knobs but the door started shaking and i almost cried
I went there till night with my family and the elevator started acting weird and so did my phone and i feel this coldnes next to me and i took a picture i saw thus weird figure behind me

nothing strange? i am staying in that room soon too!
@@jenniicaroline it's a great room. There have been some weird things there, they just didn't happen to us. Check out the Ghost Hunters episode where they stayed in that room.
Try staying in the 400 year old hotels in the U.K., that shit's on a whole other level
theres one called the mermaid inn in the uk and its 600 years old
There is one in the UK called the Bishops Blaize,
it is really old and from the Tudor era i think,
"& here's the bathroom...it's got like a door..." 💀💀💀😂😂😂
great video you guys.. and happy birthday Tyler!!
I personally think the place looks absolutely incredible. The historic architecture is wonderful.
Shamayil Al Hajri It’s gorgeous, it’s not just the hotel either. The entire town is beautiful with brightly colluded houses and it’s a well-known motorcycle area. Definitely worth the visit and the area is filled with even more historical spots.

Jennifer Macias I was literally just thinking that 😍😍😍
Man I think same
I live close to Eureka Springs and I go there all the time, there is a ghost cat there and you’ll see it on the stairs in random places it’s freaky. It kinda looks like the Garfield cat.
It's a gorgeous building and that is a cute cat.
I drove past this hotel about a year ago and loved the way the outside looked! This is a really cool video, thanks Ty!

By the way, michael, the Irish stone mason was the one who fell to his death while building the crescent in 1884. He’s known to haunt room 218.
