- In this video, I show you a Crappie Fishing Technique that works on ANY lake. Crappie Fishing can be challenging without the proper equipment and or in certain times of the year. However, this crappie fishing technique will work IF you an find the structure, such as brush piles and stumps, that crappie love to be around. Crappie Fishing with live minnows under a bobber in the summer is the way to go. My buddy Dustin and I are crappie fishing lake Sam Rayburn in deep east Texas. Crappie fishing texas is hot right now!!! We catch some slab crappie in this video!

Man it’s deadly no doubt I never leave home without jigs or shiners half pound for 7.75 or 2 people a pound is 15.50 and Rockin roll if they biting jigs I will use jig more but if they on shiners and hiding from my jig I’ll lay it down I ain’t never to good to fish with a shiner 🤣🤣 and a slip cork or tip my jig with a shiner and swing it through the group

My wife is going through some surgeries in rehab. We have a new travel trailer on the land. I have two bass boats up there. It won’t cost you nothing, but gas😂

I use 3/0 or 4/0 gold Aberdeen hooks I’m not sure on calebs hook size but he comment I’m sure
How were you hooking the minnow, through the nose?
No sit, through the tail. But I think I’m this video I ended up threading them, throw the mouth, out the gill and back through the upper body. The bluegill was hammering them, so I ended up threading them. Thanks for watching! God bless

How does this work on any lake all of the lakes up here don't have brush piles. Little kids can catch cappies off of brush piles!!!
Find the structure. You will find the crappie. Stumps, brushpiles, underwear bridges etc. thanks for watching! God bless
We didn’t fish not 1 brush pile in this video individual stumps only but so it works stumps brush piles logs bridge pilons etc if the crappie are holding on structure it doesn’t matter the structure the slip cork allows you to fish the exact depth your graph shows you that they are sitting at that’s how determine how deep to set my slip cork

Well I fish Rayburn everyday i can but I also fish Toledo bend and I do not know Toledo bend but the very first time I crappie fished it we kept a 100 in 1 trip does that count because I have repeatedly caught that many on trips and more best trip was 200 bring home in 1 trip
