Ash Blonde Hair Color Tutorial with BlondorPlex and Illumina Color | Wella Professionals

Step-by-step:
Step 1:
Section the hair into six sections one rectangle at the top, one at the back and two smaller sections on each side. Start working in the back with horizontal sections using an airtouch technique for a beautifully blended look. Paint the natural regrowth and use a feathering technique to blend the color upwards. Weave out the darker pieces in the midlengths and ends to lighten these as well. Continue with the same technique throuhgout the other sections.
Step 2:
Apply BlondorPlex with 6% directly to the scalp in the front. Develop visually into a pale yellow. Rinse and apply WellaPlex No2 for 10 minutes. Rinse and shampoo with Color Motion+ and use Blondor Seal & Care.
Step 3:
Apply the toner starting at the mid lengths and ends and allow to develop for 5 minutes before applying to the root area. Apply the formula for the hair line to blend perfectly.
Step 4:
Rinse and use Invigo Service Post Color Treatment

How long does it take the obviously duller- looking violet upper part of her hair to start looking more natural, like the back of her gorgeous hair? Beautiful job except when shown from the front and then the full violet hair was all that showed. The hair would have been unbelievably gorgeous had she/ you opted to color it all around the same way, but wow those products really did soften and make her hair bouncy and shiny!

Really? The base is bumped and will be orange after two washes bc u used illumina.

There will be lift from the ammonia in the color and this disrupts the natural pigment so it fades warm
