Brilliant work with the drone footage. I've lived in the English countryside for over 60 years surrounded by farms and countryside but your videos have given such an extra insight. Thank you!
Great video again, Tom. That takes me back to my farming days. I have worked both them tractors ploughing and all other work. They were fantastic to drive and a big upgrade to an old leyland
Tom Lamb, he’s a farmer. And aerial/nature photographer. Good stuff buddy. Love the Massey on duels for no other reason than it looks cool, and it does.
Excellent. The FPV showing the hare and the rolling bale were my favourite bits. Nice zoom out on the latter. As well as looking good, your channel serves to show where our food comes from, which is so important. Thanks Tom and team!!
Do love the older stuff. A lot of it is still going strong. Miss those days from out in Kent. Maybe the best way to learn the value of being in a team. Thanks Tom. Good music as well....
Didnt realise some of your land was that hilly, thought your part of the world was mainly flat. Least some of the bales were close together ready for wrapping. Brilliant drone footage btw.
Great video Tom i think when all the new machines with all the electronic, equipment on has died the old machines will just keep on going the electronic, stuff makes things easier but when it goes wrong it can be a nightmare, and keep up with the great content 👍👍

I was raised on a farm in Kentucky USA back in the 70s-80s. We had a Massey Ferguson 265 and we baled the smaller rectangle bales and loaded them by hand in barns. Love watching the automation. Great drone work.
Tom, you are spoiling us with a video every day. I loved this one. I'd already been thinking about how the bails (if that's what you call them) would fair when released on that steep slope, and the answer was exactly how we thought they would. I loved all the wild life, and especially how close you managed to get the drone to that rabbit or hare. How many years does it take for the bails to recoup the investment on equipment?
Single door 500 series masseys were better as side window opened for ventilation so you didn’t have to leave the door open (and usually hit it off a stack of flat 8 bales at harvest time) 😂
Love you Tom - my boy (7 years old) just watched this mesmerised, content like this is fantastic for youngersters - he loved the bales rolling down the hill,!
What a superb video Tom, pure poetry. Do you do your own editing, etc? You should be proud of this one, fantastic drone footage, tight editing, excellent music, thank you.
Good to see the Old Massey's at work. The size difference between them and Modern Tractors is night and day. I leant to Drive on an old Ford 4000 with a Lambourn Cab. Tiny compart to the New Holland Tractors of today. I wouldn't have a Clue where to start with one either too many buttons and switches for me to operate let alone get it going. Really Enjoyable video.
Absolutely brilliant video and drone work tom, old and new machinery working together. Worked on massey 565s in there day at a massey dealership in the early 80s in Northern Ireland.
Great video Tom I grew up in the 80s - spending a lot of time at my grandparents farm. I remember square bales of hay and straw with a metal sled that grouped them and released a bundle, ready for stacking. Your farm equipment really is top notch and very well maintained (thanks to your new pit!) Brilliant channel - keep the videos coming. Ps - tell Colin to turn up the video output - it seems like AGES since his last tunnel content…
Thanks Tom for the videos this weekend. The drone footage is very well done. Looking forward to see what you’re going to be at next. Is it farming or building or is it going to be a surprise.
Good video! That baler does a good job. Those bales are square and tight. How many PSI is it running at? Most of the dry hay I use to buy when I raised Angus was baled at 1200 psi and just the wind blowing into it during trucking it home would separate the layers. Then till you moved them in and oit of the barn to store and feed them most where about like hay stacks instead of bales lol. But they were cheap! Like me!!
Great change Tom, music was quite ok. You should mix some clips of this video and others to do an intro at start of your videos ❤ Was nice to see the old 595 👍
Great video mate, thank you. Be interesting to know about costs involved in doing this and if you were to sell them on, what they're worth. Do you need to treat it during growing to keep it weed free etc?
@@Tomlamb980 thought that might be the case. Always a pleasure to catch a glimpse of a day in the life of Lamb! I’ve always had great respect for farmers. No farmers, no food! Thanks again, sir! 👍😎
Tom, what drones do you use? Also, what moisture % do you guys generally bale silage at? We tend to bale more on the haylage side. Cheers from Australia. 🍻
Not going to lie, im a bit disappointed i cane to watch tom lamb. Yes its a great video but the whole reason as to why i watch this channel is for toms personality as everyone of us has seen farm machinery out working before
Reverse put them at a bit of an angle if I didn't do that the neighbours 3 fields down would get them 🤣 not being a dick love ur videos ur old plant is what I'm working with would love your 3065 it's mint

Thanks for this
Excellent video. The drone footage and music is really good.
Thank you very much!
I could have watched an hour of this, strangely relaxing, especially the shots of the wild Life 👍🥂
Glad you enjoyed it
This looks like the most satisfying job in the world 😍
Dam… now I’m all nostalgic form my old contracting days in my 3075…
Excellent! What a cracking wee tractor the 3065 is. 👌
It sure is!

Such a beautiful video
That is some stunning aerial photography Tom, and the perfect music to go with it.
An excellent video. I hope to sit down with my grandaughter and watch this again with her. Your channel is a great educational resource.
Thanks very much for the support
14:39 great drone footage.
Tom Lamb, he’s a farmer. And aerial/nature photographer.

Love the Massey on duels for no other reason than it looks cool, and it does.
That’s why I left them on
Never take them off!!!
By heck Tom - that classic tractor does look cool with the double wheels on the back!
I love it
Strangely satisfying and relaxing at the same time.
Thanks for all your support in making my channel grow
Always a pleasure Tom. Now the big question. How far would a bale go when shot from Colin’s Trebuchet? We need to know. 😂
Do it, do it, do it!!!!
Excellent video thanks
Glad you enjoyed it

Wow more Tom twice in a day fantastic 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hey Tom let’s get some merchandise going give Colin a run 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nice drone video, Tom ❤ the old Massey’s loving the sunshine 🌞 pink & white wrap in the field would look like a giant marshmallow spillage 😜
Really love your drone videos, I could watch them all day. Thank you
Glad you like them!

A long time

Amazing to see all of the wildlife roaming around. Awesome!
It really is!
Thanks for taking the time to get this amazing footage for us.
Our pleasure!
Those are some epic drone shots there Tom! Nice work! 👏

Stunning video Tom. Including the wildlife, very relaxing and engaging, more of this content if you get time.
Thanks, will do!
An absolute pleasure to watch this film. You certainly have a fantastic view from your office.
Thanks
8:14 I'm ready for my close-up Mr Lamb 😂 Great work, great edit. 👍 Don't let Collin see this , he'll want start bowling with those bales 🫣
Wow, absolutely superb video!!! Cinematography at its peak!
Thanks a ton!
Definitely a lot easier to fix than the new stuff!

Bit different from traditional baling is it. See that lambforce1 is been deployed 😂

Was nice to see the old 595 👍
Be good if Jamie came back
Awesome 🤩
Thanks 🤗
Nice video Tom. Am i correct in saying you're baling and drone flying at the same time or did I miss-see the driver there 😉
I do all my drone flying and driving at the same time
Great video mate, thank you.

Grass looks after itself just needs some fertiliser

Sehr schönes Video vorallem wegen der Marke Massey Ferguson genau meine Marke MF 188 lässt grüßen MfG aus Ostfriesland Deutschland
Hello
Great work Tom! Any reason why you use different colour bale wrap? Asking nicely :) 👍😎
Not really just what we had laying about

I need to again just been really busy

DJI mini 2
I never really check it to be honest just leave it to wilt 24 hrs
Tom, what is the title of the music ? It so compliments the video.
It just something I found online
I stack the bales on there ends as I felt the water can get between the layers if stacked the other way.
👏👏👏👏👏
Maybe you can tell a bit more gear specs? And what, why, how and when you are doing farmer stuff?
Does every British farm have a Trebuchet as a daily farming equipment?
Yes it’s a must have
565 in da house 🏠 😎??🤔
But how do we know this is a genuine Tom Lamb video when there is no Tom Lamb at the start of the video saying, "Hi I'm Tom Lamb"?
Hi I’m tom lamb
