Maison was a huge milestone for Dreamcatcher but I don't have any big stories for contxt about Vision era. A small story is that Siyeon (pronounced she-yawn) is SO cool she was standing center stage when she messed up the ending choreography on live national TV... and everyone liked her way better.
A wonderful song that contains the vision and beliefs presented by Dreamcatcher for a world that is becoming desolate by greed, confrontation and conflict! 'Not for me, for all of us...'
If you ever do the whole Nightmare series you will notice this:
The Nightmare series is more towards the Lovecraftian horror ( talking about MVs ), all those MVs have a more "classic" feel and so does the sound. Guitars are more towards "classic rock/metal sound"
The Dystopia trilogy was about cyber bullying which is more of a "modern" issue and the sound of the songs tend to a more modern sound with a more EDM feel.
The Apocalypse trilogy are about the climate change and over exploitation of earth which is a direct result of industrialization and both Maison and Vision have a more "industrial rock/metal" sound.
Bon Voyage is like the aftermath of it all where humanity will need to rebuild and progress as a society and species. And if you listen to the song, it's very "progressive rock"
All this to say that with Dreamcatcher, everything is coherent, even down to the sound of the songs.

"Vision" is part 2 of the Apocalypse trilogy. I believe they are showing us the perspective from the future in this series, showing us how the earth looks like when we keep acting like we do. While "Maison" was talking about the destruction of the environment, here they seem to be talking about the destruction due to war. I don't know if that was the idea from the beginning, but Putin's aggression definitely played a role here. In one set they even dance in front of what looks sort of like a huge trident, which is the coat of arms of Ukraine (could be a coincidence though, or this is me seeing things).
It is easy to see how the conflict in Ukraine could result in global destruction. It's just a push of a button away. Note that Dami presses a launch button, but it's not for nukes. It's for spreading their message, their vision. Peace. To be heard all around the world. The song is also a call for action, to stand together against aggressors and those who are destroying the planet out of greed. There is not much difference between someone leading an army or a corporation, if the result is destruction. Still, Dami said the intention is to resolve the problems in a peaceful way.
So, what do we do? There is no easy answer. Dami has an outfit that shows that perfectly. One half is an innocent bridal dress, the other half is simply badass. What I know is that any aggressor only listens to very limited diplomacy, and they need to know that the good in the world is ready and willing to fight them if needed. Whoever the aggressor is, we are more than them. They need to know they will never succeed, the only option is peace.
By the way, my interpretation could be completely wrong, any other theory is perfectly valid as well.
Musically, it's heavier than Maison, and I feel it fits the subject matter very well. It sounds aggressive and heavy, but also soft and vulnerable. There is the duality again. And I love the fake keychange at the end of the chorus, the crazy bass and the guitar in the bridge. All in all this is a fantastic release!

Not sure if this was mentioned in the comments in your other videos, but of course you would have already noticed it, but Dreamcatcher's main genre is rock/metal in all their title tracks, dubbed "The faces of K-rock"

yeah at first I thought it was just a continuation of the environmental theme but as you picked up at the end, it's essentially an anti-war song. there's a lot of war imagery and just as a note, dreamcatcher's rap sections often reveal the true theme of the song - turning over the pages of history and how instigators cause deep pain. war after all, can result in apocalypse lol :)
you also mentioned boundless music at the end and this is actually a characteristic of dreamcatcher's music. they use all aspects of music throughout all genres and periods in time but almost never reuse the same aspect of music. vision is the only song that uses synthwave and the rock elements are a lot more industrial than in other songs.
Definitely at first i thought that and it could make sense in both meanings at first and then it changed. Incredible. And if we have an apocalypse it definitely seems like it can be a combination of all these things happening at once. And nowadays that doesnt seem to far off. The theme of the Apocalypse Trilogy is really amazing, but we get to understand what's going on right at the end of their next comeback, Bon Voyage. The storyline starts with Maison in which we see the Goddesses descend from the heavens to protect Earth. However, the environmental apocalypse happens anyway and Mother Earth is dying. In Vision, following the collapse of the environment, all out war breaks out around. We then see how the Goddesses set up the way forward by infiltrating in crucial infrastructure. Then we watch as they reveal themselves on the Global Media to declare their Vision to Humanity and Earth: "For your bright tomorrow and this beautiful place, let us give it up tonight". They then deploy energy barriers (shields) around certain Human habitats, completely sealing them off from the rest of the World, which dies out due to War. The Apocalypse happened in the end and only few survived. But why they did this, what their grand plan is, or what their Vision is about, is only revealed in Bon Voyage. I won't reveal more, but I can say that the scenario is worthy of a very good sci-fi movie or game.
This song more connected to war PoV of apocalypse, not global warming. As I said on comment on Maison reaction, the scene before the rap line is the hint. Watching the war is happening.
ALSO this song was released, in the year when Russia 'started' to invade Ukraine, earlier that year, so the moment was great..
Raise your flag, stand your ground, actually like a command for Ukrainian and Palestinian to protect their land and fight back against the "enemy"
