No auto tune, no machines. Just hard work and talent.
the best live performance ever
@@anjavansenten-reurings6763 Well I am 73 and have seen many concerts so I am not sure I would go that far but it was a great performance. Check out Led Zeppelin live performance of In My Time of Dying.
One machine - Terry Williams on drums is a total machine!
Yep................................
Pure talent. That sums it up
Unlike todays bands
When you can make your guitar talk....who needs vocals.
they made a mistake not listing the lead singer as "Mark Knopflers Guitar"
The studio version of this is one of the best songs for cruising.
It's nice that you enjoyed it so much.🤗
What I love about this clip is how much fun they're having.
Making your living like that wouldn't suck.
The Dire Straights track, "Money for Nothing" is all about a guy that Knopfler spotted working in a white goods shop commenting on the live MTV playing in the shop. the line "that ain't working" is the main line which is pointing out that making music isn't work, it is just Money For Nothing.
Great song, drummer is unreal.
They got their money's worth at that concert!
That's not the half of it, they played Telegraph Road as the encore.
The final song was the theme from Local hero !@@richardhargrave6082
I’m the same age as Mark (74) back in the day I say them live twice here in the UK. 🇬🇧
British music and bands were fucking nuts in the 70s and 80s love it
Mark & Co really new how to entertain an audience , fantastic sounding band . I have loved them from the first time that I heard them & followed him since .
For a time they were the most popular band in the UK.
Debatable......
The melody of the guitar at 7:15 is beautiful
Keep smiling
lol I've never seen such a cold pair of blank faces in my life lol
i was at the concert :)
Where/when?
I like the girl on the left omg
If you're interested in hearing the most amazing voices ever, try Stealheart's " She's Gone" or "I'll never let you go ".
It takes quite a talent for two people to watch that performance and show no emotion at all…
I agree, except that the young lady in the green sweater slowed down the young lady with the white headphones who started out bouncing to the music. She has a gorgeous smile to add to her beautiful face.😊
The song ended and they woke up. 😄
Why all ya are so hostile to this ladies? You have to appreciate their effort to being on you tube and maybe make some money with it? At least they didn’t talk like other smart asses during the song. Just to a reminder for all of ya, there is no such thing as new jokes, for a newborn even the oldest joke is new! Start from there and you will understand them! Maybe it was their first time to hear about D S and as I said it could be their first joke.

Thanks. I'll skip this one.
I think the lady on the right needs to plug her headphones in.
I thought she had died.
We're is your eye shadow babe
Ahhh...when my beautiful Queen rocks out!!!..I could stare into her beautiful face all day while listening to great music!
Sympathy for the Devil.
Rolling Stones.
You should react.
The girl on the right wasn't feeling it!
I suspect she's been exposed to too much of the talentless post 2000 rap crap where there's nothing but an obnoxious beat and some guy mumbling for 3 mins.
jesus christ show some enthusiasm
My thoughts precisely.
Send me your Brabus jacket, I have the car to go with it.
Smart car?
@@dopiaza2006 yes the new Smart #1 Brabus dual motor AWD 428hp 543Nm torque 0-60 mph 3.7 seconds quarter mile 12.1 seconds.
It’s savage quick. 😎
@@garrycroft4215 That sounds scary!
Ladies your reaction was sooooo dull. If you cannot get more excited about the music you are listening to, give up reviewing.
You two look bored sad
Sultans of Swing is what you get when the singer spends more time writing guitar solos than lyrics 😁
Héllo de France Bonjour les Girls regarder le live Télégraph Road 1985 super 😊😊
