@@lehacarpenter7773 Still unclear. Is the high hip side the side to be stretched? Or the OTHER Side? In the 1st example where he stretched the RIGHT hip when using the door frame, was this if he had sciatica pain on the right side? Or left side?
@@billcole7677 I believe the goal is to correct the imbalance, so you would stretch the shortened side (low hip). Also, I tried it and it 100% worked. Honestly, I was surprised. Good luck!
Hello! I had a herniated disc for about 5.5 months it was bad I was walking all crooked and bed ridden for about 2 months before getting the surgery. I am now 6 months out and still have some sciatica that comes and goes daily. Will this improve or go away? It’s not as severe but still super painful and can get bad.what do you think?

Yes, this needed to be made clear - I assume it could worsen if you do the wrong side.
I asked ChatGPT and it said that the sciatica will usually be on the high hip side.

My rotators are so bad in both shoulders, don’t know what I could do. Looks good though, I’ll give them a try.
