      Backflushes are done from time to time buy never video'd

      If you backflush with group cleaning powder once every 3 weeks you will not see that kind of buildup EVER.
      Besides, coffee oils build up not only in the group head, but in the entire pressure release flow path (including the 3-way solenoid), which you can only clean out by backflushing.
