In Vietnam, we use true free-range chicken, not like in America, where I live. The meat is firm because the chickens are free to roam, and their diet includes nature food, so using them to make soups is the best.

We Vietnamese people are completely different from East Asians in terms of "eyes". You can come to Vietnam to verify what I say.
