INGREDIENTS: for 7 inches (18 cm) mold
30 pcs. of Marie biscuits (120 g)
½ cup of unsalted butter, melted (100 g)
2 cups of Philadelphia type cheese (500 g)
1 cup of Greek yoghourt (200 g)
½ cup of milk (120 ml)
5 g of sheet gelatine (7.5g of gelatin powder, 10g of gelatin, 3 sheets)
1/3 cup of sugar (100 g)
For blueberry jam:
1 cup of blueberries (250 g)
1/3 cup of sugar (85 g)
Half lemon juice
