I set up Bismark commander but Hyde is higher ranked and seemed like Hyde still had better stats for me so i didn't change him. Maybe I'll give Bismark a try.
Practicing the PPP: Perfect Patient Positioning. Yep it's not AL Mae West Bismark, it's the fact that the Ronmeister was twiddling his thumbs on the controller. The game is commander focussed and they help some, but NO commander is going to help you win, if you can't play for shit. You showed there how to be in the right spot at the right time, awesome game, amazing result.! Thanks for sharing. The weird thing is, I collect German BBs but don't have the Brandy... must have been a campaign I missed. No doubt it will return someday.
Hey, I'm a new viewer to the channel (from Spartan) and was curious about how to build German BBs since I got AL Bismarck. I saw you build, but I am curious if all German BBs want that build (currently grinding out Bayern). Also, is AL Bismarck even worth it to but on German BBs? Thanks!
Honestly the Germans are tough until to get to higher tiers where they get the better secondaries, but you could build them similar to how I have them set up in this video and it would work pretty well
I got az Colorado even though I’ve been grinding out my Ohio brawler build. (10.5k/2.5s secondary) with epic secondary. I thought of getting az Bismarck but I’m so balls deep in my Willis build I’d hate to start over. AZ Colorado has been great fun on Minnesota though and I only have her at lev7.
I have been playing pc since around 2015 or so. I started playing Legends to get away from submarines in the pc game. Yeah, I got a Brandenburg from a crate and it is difficult for me not to yolo into the enemy. Learning to kite or defend instead as I usually am on the flank with minimal players on my side, but the other side seems to have their entire team. lol.
The most xp I ever got was 5200 where I killed 4 destroyers, got an assisted cap, 10 defended ribbons, and 2 other kills so while medals are cool to get it seems xp is more focused on certain ribbons and ships you destroy
Picked up the knew commanders but haven't been able to use them 😢 not enough commander resources have an oceans worth of promotion orders but i need insignias and commendations wish we could at least convert resources

Hey dude, great game in my fav ship. I think you would have done better with Hyde plus hipper and Lyon’s or haruna. Some of your main battery spreads were cringe. Please can you make a video on overview camera. I could see how useful it was with the carrier planes. I tried it once and gave up. Can you break it down real simple for me, I just couldn’t get hang of it. Ps Weegee slashed the xp for secondary hits when they gave the 150s 1/4 pen. Was when they made all secondaries HE, I think it was even in the patch notes, although every one seems to forget that. I’m a German brawler at heart, with 1500 scharny games and approaching 1000 burg games. I can categorically tell you weegee nerfed the xp earning. Potential of German brawlers. I have games like this with same xp results.
“Sailing in circles” is perfectly fine as long as you’re in a good position. If you’re getting HE spammed and going 1 V 3. U have to both hold your side and keep your ship moving. Sailing around in the same spot isn’t annoying if you’re in position to shoot your guns. It’s when the Bayard or New Jersey, a premium ship, sails around our spawn the whole game that I lose it lol
Problem is Hide with Hipper and Haruna is still better so they unfortunately kind of overshadow AL Bismarck right out of the gate. Besides Zara obviously has the best...perks.

But there is barely any difference between al Bismarck and Otto cilliax. Imo the Brandenburg in the best t7 German BB. I've had better results in this ship compared to Bismarck. I've also had a game I killed 7 ships in one game with the Brandenburg
And now for a insightful and wordy take on Moony's thoughts regarding ship commanders, the ships themselves and why I once drank a beer with 5 raw eggs for $7 U.S. Dollars a very, very long time ago.... I think it's not stated enough by players of this enchanting game that the commanders influence is limited regarding a ship's performance. I've lost count on reading comments from players who speak of a given commander as being a bigger difference maker than what they really are. When reading these testimonies one could reasonably conclude that the opposition they faced was commander-less ships with zero camo and guns designed to miss all of the time or shooting confetti instead of shells. Hyperbole and confirmation bias at its finest. What needs to be understood is that for all one builds into their commanders, the opponent has done the same thing to stop you, so the percentages aren't as they appear, which means that hat those percentages are reduced a bit, meanwhile R&G is still the predominant mafia boss running the overall show. The only thing you can count on is the things than can't be mitigated like firing range and reload times for example...other than that the majority of what you have is your own wits because where you position, how you angle, where you aim and fire, and whom you choose to engage supercedes the commander's capabilities. Hence if your caught broadside with a Japanese or Soviet citadel you're going to get blown up regardless of whose "commanding" your ship. If the opponent rams you, your ship and all three of your 16/4 commanders are commanding lifeboats in disgrace. I have a total of 42 pay-to-win commanders from at least 8 different promotions from Azur Lane, ARP, Transformers, Halloween, Warhammer, etc...I'm sure that there are many players here that have have more than I have, what I can tell you in truth is that a grande total of zero of those commanders made me a competitive player. Or as I like to say it's not the hockey stick that made Mario Lemieux one of the NHL's greatest players of all time. Mario made Mario great by understanding how the game of hockey should be played with his unique skill sets. That same philosophy applies in WoW Legends.

I had just gotten al Bismarck and I already gotten haruna and hipper maxed out from everything. I just need to max out Bismarck and Coronado

AL Bismarck's reload buff is fractional. 5% off already quick reload is barely noticeable...it's not ptw. GG...enjoyed watching
But the defensive perks are honestly more important...hard to quantify tho
