Love from Nigeria ❤
I have a trekstor laptop. It has power on the light. But the system doesn’t turn on. I opened it and took the battery out powered it back on like you did. Still nothing turned on. But I heard a buzzing sound when the battery was out of it. I put it back together no buzz sound power to the light still doesn’t turn on. I noticed when I took the back cover off there was no mini ssd. But it was working without it all this time. So that can’t be the problem. What do you think ? Thanks.
good day master sorin
this video is a blessing!! i have almost the exact same model with the same problem (mine is the 2-in-1 version) i'm never buying an HP laptop again 😅😅 had this for just a little over a year.
i'll try doing this and update if if works on mine
Did it work???? I have a 2 in one model too & it is not charging. I have had it for 3 years but my battery port did crack (it fell from me twice, while charging, on the side it was charging). But it has been charging for months since that crack but i keep having to move the cord/ charger to get it to charge but now nothing. I doubt the charger is the problem though I could be wrong I suppose.
I am really thankful to this video, because of which my problem is solved💪😄👌
Hie what if after you remove the battery and thr charger is not powering on
@Electronics repair school Sorin, I would like to ask what is the cost of this repair?
Joining this question too
1 hour LOCAL RATE, of course.....
i like the extra care taken to protect the laptop? Simple thing like resting it on towell makesw the differance between a chancer who doesnt give a crap v's someone who has pride in their work.
true, but he could've dusted the fan blades tho.
It worked for me.
Thank you wise man.
I have the no power, not charging issue on my Acer Nitro 5. I was really enjoying it, too. I've taken out the battery, then the CMOS battery, and tried to start it with charger only, like another guy said. Nothing happened. I plugged everything in, took out the memory...nothing. Same with the SSD. Used a nw, working charger...nothing. I'm either looking at a Motherboard replace which is what I fear) or, the charging jack. I only have access to an analog multimeter, so I can't check the charging jack, unless you can tell me a way to do so with a needle-type multimeter.
Sorin what you think can be causing my hp 450 g1 charging port flashes white light 8 times but not charge the battery at all i replaced the motherboard but still doing the same thing i tryed multible chargers also
Thanks man! ❤❤ It really worked
I have a Clevo Notebook strating but 22 Times Beep i have resistors 5.5V 3,3Ohm by the Audio Amplifier ic goes Hot is the Amplifier Chip dead or other one?
Mr sorin do you advice debug card on laptop repair?
Sir what will happen if you don’t change the capacitor that have a shorted?
I have a question mr. Sorin and I wish you answer me at the beginning of next video.
Is the petrol that you used to discover short components when they become hot then the petrol will evaporate. Is that petrol is the normal petrol from any gas station ?is it the same gasoline that used in cars?if it isn't the same could we use normal gasoline instead?
Ibrahim Hasan What he calls petrol is lighter fluid (like zippo).
@@bgarett but as I know the lighters fluid is a compressed gas which evaporate very quickly without pressure. Maybe zippo lighters have special fluid not like normal lighters.
Anyway thanks for your reply. If you know the scientific names of chemical contents for zippo lighters fluid please let me know.
Thanks brother. It worked for me. Much love ❤
Sorin thanks for sharing your experience and finesse

Sorin, where did you buy that metal opening device that you used in this video to open the laptop? I see you using it in most of your videos and i want to buy one. Make? Model?
Try find aliexpress/ebay phone opening (opener) tools.
harbor freight got some metal opening tools.
It's better not to use any metal tool to open laptops, you can easily scratch laptop's plastic case or cause a short somewhere on laptop motherboard pcb. Go to local music shop and try to find quallity plastic guitar picks, but quallity one. One should last you for a long time, like this one triangular , each side with different thikness:

Years ago friend if mine, professional musician, gave me few of these, simmilar lake those on the link above and they still serve me well, undestructable.
@@igorprecep3420 Thank you for the help. You are most kind. I have a music shop in my town that should sell what you describing.

Hello sir, I watch your video always they are very educative you are a professional, my lenovo laptop has refused to boot up it will just show me he hard disk, CD ROM and other bootable devices and won't run, even when I put in my windows software to read it doesn't even show me to boot from CD, any suggestion on what to do pls.
hello any recommendations for me, I reassambled my laptop into a new outer case because mine was broken and I no longer have any power at all. The one mistake I made was removing the heat sink that was on top of the cpu on the ideapad 330s-15arr but I immediately replaced it although with no thermal paste. I've tried unplugging and replugging the battery and other plugs but it has not helped.
Don't you clean the cooling fan before closing the laptop? It looked pretty dusty making the cooling not working very efficiently and making more noise that normal...
Hi . By mistake I reversed the polarity on my laptop charger. Now is not charging. Can you give me a hint where what to check . Multumesc mult.
Thank you this method worked
I'm having a similar problem with my hp; not the same one in the video. Does not power on and does not charge with it plugged in. So I did the same th in ng you did here, but when I plug it in without the battery the charging light comes on for only a second and then shuts off again. The laptop does not power on with or without the battery when plugged in
same i facing now... give me a solution bro
The best way to remove frozen bios problem is to press and keep power button for 30 seconds. After this laptop will be working fine without unplug the battery.Every laptop. Sorin just try next time😃
That's the basic. It's called drain flee power. Or removing static energy. I think he is master and like to open the system which most of the person don't like to do😊

That didnot work for me tho...I tried this method after that and then only my laptop turned on...
it will be back sometime. they need to add a reset button (something you pinch with a pin at the back lol) to disconnect the battery without opening the laptop
Naaaah. They want to make sure their customers pay some more to a service.
Hi,what means 19 volt power rail? Is it possible explain more about 19v power rail. Thnx, how we can recognise which one is 19 volt power rail? Thnx
I've got an old hp e-pc e-vectra. The external power adapter works, but the PC won't power up.

Another great job👍thank you for sharing!!
What if it still doesnt power up after all this
Sorin why do laptops fail like this. Is it SIO chip locks up in undetermined state. Therefore SIO chips have designed issues.
