At 3:14 the re-pairing process is quite simple actually, just open the buds and place one finger on each bud for a few seconds and you'll see the colors changing on the case. And you're ready to pair!
You have now entered the Juan Bagnell school of mobile productivity. He's been a champion of the phone as computer replacement for years now. I'm actually looking pretty hard right now at a portable monitor for my S24U so I can vacation without my big 17" laptop coming along to get work done if/when I need to. So far I'm pretty impressed with the Ultra. I'm remembering, after a week with it now, some of the things I missed from my Note 10+ after switching to the Pixel 7 Pro last year. I'm thinking the only thing you're really missing in your setup is a USB-C hub with passthrough charging and an SD card reader in it. Not sure if that would mess up the external monitor setup though ... gotta be some docks out there that will pass through the video, I would think. Now ... on that note ... to the Amazon!!
Completely agree with you. Excellent video. I've been a Note and Ultra owner for years and have adapted my work to utilise all of the benefits that come with owning a phone like the S24Ultra and adding similar accessories. Day to day just plug my S24Ultra into my SamsungM8 monitor and it is fantastic.
It's crazy how versatile this phone is. It's almost like a whole new type of device that's a combination phone, tablet, and computer(ish).

What‘s the point? Why not just have a travel tablet? Mine, with its slim keyboard just slips in my tiny manbag and cost about 400 in total. So you‘ve got to buy an extra travel monitor, mouse, stand, cables and expensive backpack, along with the other nicknacks … You‘ve spent more and have about 10x more volume to schlepp around. Really don‘t understand the advantage.
TBH, All gadget stuffed bags give me chills thinking of emptying that at airport security checks 😂😂
Yeah, I'm glad you're able to do this with an s24 ultra, but at a certain point in this it just makes more sense to bring a laptop. It's everything in this video rolled into one, and you don't have to put it together before using it. That said having more versatility is never a bad thing, but once you get past just the phone and keyboard combination it really doesn't make much sense unless you need Android for some weird specific scenario.

Im sorry, but bringing that external monitor automatically defeats the purpose. Just bring a laptop at this point.
To avoid bringing a laptop, you only need 10 accessories and another bag to organize all the parts. But it's kind of like a laptop when you put it all together... Kind of.
Well its not a go light type of video its an accessory so i dont get why you mention defeats the purpose, I can give you that he may named video differently but he talked about travel alot
Also I really do recommend anker 120W charger instead it may weight like 20gr more but totally worth it!

I think any case would be fine, honestly I'm probably going to go caseless because I love the included coloring.

Couldn't you take that setup one step further and use dual screens? Phone as 1 screen and monitor as 2nd? Would that work?

Simply leave them in the case, press and hold both earbuds WHILE theyre in the case, they will go into pairing mode everytime.
I have the MX Anywhere 3 and it's an excellent mouse.
When I travel I also bring a usb c to HDMI cable with me. In your hotel room just plug into the flat screen that's typically in the room via HDMI and go big screen with DEX or just use it for media consumption/ video games via emulation with a Playstation controller 👍

I just got the keyboard but it has flaws I need help fixing. It doesn't have "auto capitalization" or "double tap space bar to add a period". I've contacted the manufacturer but they haven't had a fix that works.
5.11 makes great bags for tech and travel for those looking for something durable.
Looks great! But having two devices is more comfortable for me, especially because they’ll have their own batteries. I have an iPhone 15 Pro and an iPad Pro 12.9 with magic keyboard and they get me through everything other than work (I’m a game dev so I need real desktop os)

I really recommend the upgrade, I just upgraded, and it was worth it( and it has 7 year updates)
This is the phone that sets the trend! On the other hand, the almost four times cheaper Poco X6 Pro will basically offer flagship parameters. I tested the X6 Pro cameras on my channel and I was really blown away by the top quality.
Good 🌟 givng me ideas... This is great if you are mobile a lot and even if you are at home a lot some times etc... This all in one i think i might be minimalist ... And nothing comes to my mind i would need from laptop unless i might have a business on it, phone might not do at all...

crazy to watch you going from apple to samsung while i'm experimenting going the other direction. i miss everything about android, but i may end up sticking with apple just because of the watch...the apple watch is just light years ahead of what samsung can offer. i may end up with a phone i like a little less just for the watch capabilities.
Take it further. Ditch the monitor, xReal glasses. Work, gaming, Samsung Dex , ar space Nebula app features.... Do it. 😎🤘
I will never give up my Garmin Epic Pro 2 for a Galaxy watch. Ive owned many and the last one was the 5 Pro....which was a huge waste of money, since you're just paying for the battery. I can use it with my iPhone and Galaxy devices.
I haven't used a Garmin watch in YEARS since moving to an Apple Watch. I've gotten a ton of comments about them, It might be time to give them a shot again.
@@TheEverydayDad I came from the Ultra, and must say, the Epix Pro was a much better buy for me. I’m not a smartwatch first person, but I do enjoy the smartwatch features it has. I never used cellular, ever, so I saw that as a waste of money for me. I do however, like the built in flashlight. I use it multiple times a day. Definitely worth looking at. I got it $200 off during the holidays.

Definitely stick to Apple Watch if you have an iPhone.
