Nice job, Eric. Any plans to review the Ticwatch Pro 3? That would probably be the best Wear OS competition to the AW6.
Yes, in fact they are planning on sending it out to me here sometime in the next 4 to 8 weeks. I believe it’s shipping from China, so there are some delays on it but I should have it soon enough for a review, and I will compare it against the Apple Watch 6.
@@TechyAgent Nice. Look forward to to it then!
I saw part 1. Part 2 continues that standard of excellence - direct, objective, clear, enthusiastic, informative. Thanks!
i want to buy the apple watch 6 for my wife as a gift for her, she is busy with weight loss and i hope she can use this watch to help her, thank you so much for the great content
Thanks for taking time to do the review. It’s help novice like me.
Thanks for the great review. This helped me a lot
Great review 👍🏼 I am glad that the GPS has improved.
Hope you got your headphones and are enjoying them!
Interesting review thank you
Nice job Eric I like the apple watch 6 but when it comes to data apple still has a long way to go I love my Garmin FR 945 it provides me with so much more, but I do have to say apple has come a long way looking forward to the new feature coming.
Awesome video Eric thank you!! I download the app you suggested and I'm loving it!!!
Awesome! I’m glad someone took me up on my suggestion!
Seriously it’s something I’ve been looking for! I have it on my watch face and it seems to do live step count like Fitbit!! I’m loving it and thank you again keep up the great work I’ve been subscribed to your channel for years!!!
Great review! Giving a fellow Ohioan a shout and asking for advice. I am ready to upgrade from my Fitbit Blaze, and have recently converted to the apple ecosystem. I saw your two videos on the Apple Watch 6, I was almost sold...UNTIL I saw your video about the Garmin Vivoactive 4. Now, I am torn between the two. One of the issues that I had with my Fitbit was the lag in capturing a heart rate on lifting exercises, as well as certain cardio movements. Any suggestions in making an "informed" selection?
Need a review of garmin solar instinct with other watches like apple etc
Can you track a martial art or boxing work out?
Jerry trainers back again teaching us about the apple watch ❤️
Hahaha! He’s a handsome man, what can I say?!
Get review. This is what I’ve been looking for. My Garmin Instinct has been less than stellar lately. Disconnects from my iPhone and has been losing connection with me. Either that or I died for 15 minutes one night. I think this will make sense with the ease of compatibility with my iPhone.
very nice Video! Where i can get this one for cheap? please write in comments
Apple watch series 5 is the best apple watch i have ever bought, its better than apple watch series 6, I bought it on iwatchclone.com for a cheap price.
@@wardaddy971 yea i bought mine there too.
Thanks, I am a personal trainer and your review helped me a lot. Currently I am using the Polar Vantage V and considering the apple watch SE.
Quickly question: with apple music and apple news subscriptions do I have the habilility to listen through my LTE apple watch without the need of the iPhone? Those services are stand alone? Thanks in advance
That is correct, those services would be standalone on the Apple Watch if you had the LTE version. You would be able to stream music from your Apple Watch to Bluetooth headphones, using the LTE data service. Pretty cool!
Since I’m a cheapskate, I don’t have the LTE version and instead I load playlists onto my watch so that I can stream music while running.
@@TechyAgent great thank you!
I sold my polar vantage for an apple watch series 3. No regrets at all!
Only if you are signing to the apple music youtube right now you can't but soon they will match it to the watch now the youtube music app can vbe on your watch but still you can't stream music from there
Like the review, but damn; clean those watches 😄😆⌚
Yeah, sorry to gross you out!!!
Please make a comparison with the Galaxy Watch 3 😂 (fitness only, dont care about the OS because I have both Samsung and iPhone)
Please note: the cardio fitness feature of the Watch is failing to function for many users. For an unknown reason, it simply doesn't register as an input device for that function within the Health App. Apple have been aware of the issue since Jan 2020, and to date have not fixed it.
Nice work 👍🏾👍🏾
Thanks Brian. Good to see you on here as always!
@@TechyAgent Yes, looking forward to your final review!! BTW, how is the new Apple Watch’s sleep tracking compared to let’s say The AutoSleep app?
I still prefer the Autosleep app mostly because it allows me to tweak the sensitivity. So where the Apple Watch doesn’t let you tweak any settings, and you’re stuck with their algorithm, most other sleep apps allow you to tweak settings to help dial and better accuracy. So for the average user, I think the built-in sleep tracking is just fine. But for the user who wants to dial-in the best settings, I would still recommend going with a preferred third-party app
@@TechyAgent Thanks Eric, top notch as always 👍🏾👍🏾
Lovely looking Product Red Apple Watch and great review!
Thanks Mr Luigi, good to see a long time subscriber on here!
Great review as always I want to mention that I swim 🏊 two time a week each time 1.1 km session in pool (now because of the pandemic 😷 it is close) and since last November I had no issues with the hr it is very precise I also checked it with garmin swim strap (I swam before I purchase the 🍎 watch for two years with that strap) and it gave me more or less the same results (average 142-145) so I left the strap and I am using only the watch (much more comfortable) I think if you will tight your watch band to your hand it will give you accurate results (maybe only in the beginning it take two minutes to be accurate) if you want I can sent my graph of my session and you will see clearly how it can measure your hr very precise
Thanks for the comment! My strap could be the issue: for daily use I use the Velcro strap and I’ve noticed that when it gets wet and soggy at tends to loosen up, and the Velcro isn’t good enough to keep the watch snug. To your point, I do wonder if I switched my strap out, it’s entirely possible I could get better results.
OH MY GOSH! I was not crazy! The old Apple Watch 3 used to always give me more miles than any garmin, etc. Oh man, I hope it is better.
The main issue was how fast it connected. Apple would tell you it was ready to go without actually connecting. So it would try and estimate how far you had gone by motion until the GPS signal was found. This could mean that either a) the GPS connects faster, or b), it hitches a ride on your phone until it can connect. Or c) It has a better algorithm for when it is not connected.
Yeah, all of those are entirely possible. For testing purposes I left my phone at home (for running) to eliminate the chance it would piggyback off of my phones GPS.
I had a curious one today. I stood up after sitting down for a while and my Apple watch 6 suddenly got very excited. It said “have you fallen? Do you want to call emergency services? If I had pushed the wrong button, presumably it would have called an ambulance! On the other hand the other day I was out hiking and tripped over a tree root and actually fell. Didn’t hurt me, stood up and carried on. The watch wasn’t bothered!
Think u left out hiking test.. leverage test..
This is my first Apple Watch I’ve had it a week and I’m bored of it already. No good apps.
Glad you're back in the gym!!! and get a haircut.
Lol, I kinda like the “hippie” look for now. I know my subscribers aren’t so sure, lol
