l'll say that for those that can afford it East Odessa (between 191 and business 20) is the best option, you don't get horrible traffic coming in and out of a subdivision like in the communities north of 191, plenty of recreational options, and quick access to Midland through the previously mentioned roads
Daytripper says Midland is business (more executive) while Odessa is more solidly blue collar. This seems to hold up if you compare home prices, given their proximity.
The best place to look for good reviews would just be google reviews. Google is really good about making sure reviews are organic and form actual customers. If you're looking for places to rent I would search on apartments.com or rent.com
The northwestern part of Midland is the safest place in either city. Midland is pretty safe, less safe the farther south and east you go. The safest place to shop in Odessa is the northeastern shopping areas near Walmart and around 42nd street.
Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s inflated prices won’t be coming down anytime soon we do not have enough inventory in Midland and there are more and more people moving into the area. We created a service that helps our buyers purchase homes that are not on the market for this reason.

I just saw a video that said that this city provides half of the oil for the gasoline of the United States of America that is frightening for Homeland security in my perspective
I’m not sure of that stat but we’re the top producer for oil for sure. As far as homeland security is concerned, America is the safest land on the planet.

Hello Jacobe, you sold me a house in Odessa in 2018. Great realtor! I may be moving back soon! 😢
Good to hear from you. Is this a good thing? 😂

That’s one of the fastest growing areas of the city. Very good option.
Odessa y Midland son ciudades hermosas y tranquilas en este verano regreso a visitarlos

What a good website to check out rents and apartment reviews?
The best place to look for good reviews would just be google reviews. Google is really good about making sure reviews are organic and form actual customers. If you're looking for places to rent I would search on apartments.com or rent.com
What's the best internet provider in both cities?
If you’re looking for fiber that would be AT&T but do that at your own risk. There is no consensus winner in that area here.
Loved this video! What about the rent prices in both?
Rents are lower in Odessa.
I'm now back in my hometown ABILENE TEXAS where I born in 43 years ago on June 30 1980
Abilene is a good place to be at. I may have to drive through there to take care of some Air Force business.
Many people i know live in Midland but work in Odessa

Thanks for the comment. Check out my next video dropping soon, Is Midland safe?
Seems like Midland housing market is still inflated especially considering the high interest rates. Im hoping that it cools down soon.

Some homes here that are priced correctly are still getting multiple offers.
And Bottom Ups in Odessa.
Thanks for stopping by and the comment. I wasn’t even aware of this one.

I’d agree but I’m biased toward Midland. What were the main differences?
I want to move to Texas from Michigan... Do you know wearhouse jobs in this area
You should be able to find something here. You’ll want to make sure the job you get will keep up with the cost of living.
