  • Inside the Zenith Aircraft kit factory, installing the wing nose skin of the Zenith STOL CH 750 Super Duty (SD) is simple and straightforward task thanks to the final hole sized match-drilled parts (ribs and skins) supplied in the kits.

Thank you! I’m working on my license right now. I will be building a Zenith Aircraft!!! I was fortunate enough to see Jon’s 701 fly in Texas. Great plane!

I love seeing these build videos! I really want to build one of these someday but don't have the space to do so at the moment. It's really good to know what I'd be in for. They look such fun to build!

Will this build methodology be incorporated into the Cruzer wing?

Is the 701 kit matched hole drilled?
Trying to decide on what kit I'm going to get! I've definitely decided its either a 701, or a 750SD

The kit for the STOL CH 701 is still "old generation" (which is reflected in the lower price). The CH750SD is definitely the more advanced kit

We're not planning on that specifically with this wing. We're always working on sub-assemblies to test the fit of the parts, and to fine-tune the assembly procedures (manuals, etc.)
