Chiang kai shek 's son Chiang ching guo initiated the ten major development infrastruture project highway , airport , nuclear plant which lay the foundation for taiwan economy to take off . TSMC chip making industry was started during his time .
The current DPP goverment just enjoying the legacy of this 2 dictators .
