The gym should be welcoming for all. I work out at my uni's gym, it's mostly students and I haven't been a student in a while, but everyone is generally super nice. It annoys me that there are people that shame anyone that just want to get into better health, and in the process make people feel apprehensive or give someone unwanted attention. The bro culture and the Tik-tok gym creep really makes it hard for average people to not feel insecure about going to the gym.

Concerning the guy in the video, it’s become fashionable in internet culture to show off how arrogant, immature and unkind a person can be. All it takes to be a decent person is to put yourself in another’s shoes, but so many people on social media seem incapable of this. Our world is heading to a dark place.

Unfortunately, the point of these creeps is they are impressing the children. Their parents will pay the obnoxious creators to keep their children busy. They are not considering how bad the message is that the kids are learning. They are not out getting in trouble because they are just watching. So as long as these creeps keep the kids busy watching, the parents keep paying so the creeps keep doing (and teaching). By the way, I think you look even better without makeup. You should always be comfortable for yourself. You make enjoyable content whether you have makeup or not. Thank you.

i work in customer service, i actually had a guy come in once and pour milk everywhere in the cafe as "content" and I was the one that was tasked with cleaning it up. I quit on the spot and had a mental breakdown, it was my final straw working there and getting £5 an hour was not enough to deal with this shit

What stops me going to the gym are videos like these, being surrounded by people who could potentially be filming me and judging me or make a video of me looking at someone and then twisting that to making it look like i am staring at someones rear or something [a very real fear for men] ...far too many downsides to me, so ill just stick to using my dumbells and doing cardio outside of it lol
Outside of gym content it seems like unfortunately alot of youtubers [not yourself included of course] seem to be very attention hungry, more and more people are doing dangerous and criminal things for likes. it is beyond weird at this point.

I'm 186 cm 86kg and 41.2 muscle mass with 16.3 % body fat and I don't think I'm better than anybody else, I'm helping people rehabilitate after back surgery. Not everyone with big muscle thinks that they are the shit, but I see what you mean in my gym with some of the other people there are big laughing at new people starting their training journey, but it's so funny seeing them shut up when someone starts helping the new people training the right way, I'm that guy helping out if I can.
