We as believers must learn to pray stedfast worship constantly and spread the Gospel amongst others. We should always Starve our Sinful Flesh and Feed into the Holy Spirit Abundantly. And we must learn to Relish in our Fruit of the Spirit of Love Joy Peace Patience Kindness Goodness Faithfulness Gentleness and Self Control towards ourselves and others. This lifestyle and behavior strengthens our relationship with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and leads us on a narrow path to Salvation God Bless 💖✝️🙏🏼

I worked with wasn't happy that I witnessed to folk when we went to mow their lawn or other stuff!
So he told the canny leaders but they didn't fret. They knew who would win the bet.

Satan was a very beautiful creation in the beginning, but the pride of his looks caused him to stumble and fall. Beauty fades and is vain, and we are not to let it make us think that we are a God or a goddess and think that we are above everybody else. Amen.

I choose to not look at people in the eyes eventhough I don't look cross-eyed. I wear glasses that is correcting my diplopia so I choose to not look at people in the eyes. Looking at people in the eyes makes it worse. It's situational with people on why they choose to not look people in the eyes. Figured I'd write that truth so no assumptions occur.

So what is the solution? Suffering for sinful behavior.

Even our Lord had to learn obedience through suffering.

Yes, but this prayerlessness is still associated with this poor self esteem or self image that Pastor Derek mentions. Although we do NOT see ourselves in Christ's righteousness, we also are very independent and and self reliant, so we do NOT pray regularly 🙏. Lord Jesus please help your children. May we seek you in your secret place (Psalm 91).
Start your own...personal prayer life most important, cannot rely on other but it's nice if they are there but no guarantee

But as impossible as this sounds, like so many of the true stories in scripture, our bibles have all been supernaturally changed by Satan in the last several years, right in our homes, in the fulfillment of prophecy. It's being done to prepare for the reign of the antichrist and the extermination of all Christians. Do you not think that words have been changed over the centuries when each addition has been written because of the language of the time? The point would be more did the actual application of the meaning of the scripture change? Daniel 12:4 & 12:9 and Revelation 22:10 And He promised to send a famine for hearing His word in the last days too, and that we won't be able to find it anywhere in Amos **8:11**-12. In Daniel 7:25 God said that He would allow the AC to "change times and laws" which we now know means history and scripture plus laws of physics. The famine for hearing God's word has already been sent! The only motivation why I’m persuing Christ is to not go to hell. I know I’m still not saved bevasue I resent my life and can’t believe I have to live an even worse one or go to hell. That’s not love and full of bitterness and anger. Will he still save me ? You can’t tell a man who’s never trusted anything in his life to trust God or go to hell !!!
Oh Ecom, you sound so helpless and hopeless but please surrender all your hurts and doubts to the One who not only created you but who paid the price for you to be reconciled to Him. He loves you with an everlasting love. We are ALL a mess without him. But when we say YES to Jesus, and quit fighting and running, something deep inside us changes. When you let Jesus WIN, then you are NOT the loser, the devil is! A light comes on inside. A supernatural peace comes in. Confusion and bitterness and sadness and darkness don't have anywhere to land anymore. You become brand new inside. Maybe you still have problems in life, but now you have a Friend who helps you face them. You're not alone anymore. The God of the universe is watching your back. Pray and read the Bible. Find Christian friends to fellowship with. Be baptized in water to show the world that your old man has died and a new person has been born. It's called being "born AGAIN." A new life awaits you. @@annrobertson5791 thank you for your reply. I was baptised nearly 2 years ago. I don’t know why I’ve gone back into worse sin. I just don’t know that I’m saved. And I’m bothered about it. I feel alone and he said he’ll never leave me. Coming from a non theist background, confessing my faith in Christ has ruined my life. My girlfriend left me , I don’t have any friends , everyone thinks I’ve gone weird. It really hurts and it doesn’t feel like a free gift anymore but a burden.
Ecom, the Holy Spirit is wooing you to return. And I can tell you have a desire to have a relationship with him. You know deep down that you want/need Him. Do you have a Bible? Do you talk to God every day and have any believing friends you can talk to? And change how you think about how the hell thing works. God doesn't "send" anyone to hell cuz they don't believe in Him. We are inherrantly sinners by nature and sin will never be allowed to enter into heaven. Heaven is perfect. If our sin was allowed in then it would make heaven spoiled like earth was spoiled when Adam and Eve sinned. God wants us in heaven with Him cuz he loves us. So our sin has to be erased. The ONLY way authorized by God that our sins can be erased is by our believing and receiving Jesus' substitutionary death on the Cross and resurrection on our behalf. No other "religion" works. Jesus wants relationship. Not religion. We repent of our sins and give our life to him and make him the Lord, Master, Boss of our life, seeking to please him in all we do. (Getting back about hell, when someone makes the decision that they don't want God and they die in that state, then God honors their choice. They don't get God or anything from God. It was their desire. So all the beautiful wonderful things in life, which come from God are withdrawn.. No love, not joy, no peace, no beauty, no kindness, no comfort. Hell is a horrible place that is void of all goodness. That leaves only evil, hatred, pain, selfishness etc. That's where Satan and his demons will go and hell was created for them, not man. But there's no where else for humans to go if they refuse to go to heaven. Satan loves to trick people into going there. He gets great delight in torturing them and telling them how stupid they were to go there. And there's no escape. Oh that's not quite true. Someday they WILL leave hell to stand before the Great White Throne of Judgment. It will be a terrible day. The Book of Life will be searched to find their name. When you receive Jesus your name is written in the Lambs Book of Life. But those people did not receive Jesus. Their name is not found. What a horrible day. They are judged by their deeds and have forsaken all forgiveness that God had offered. Now they are cast into a place of eternal separation in the lake of fire. You are judging him by your perceptions. There are very few people who know the Bible like Derek Prince . He was a mighty man of faith and a great teacher . He has prayed for and delivered many people fron demonic entities , he's had great experience in how people are affected . You would do well to learn from him .
What did he say that was hyperbole?
I used to dress baggy because I was ashamed of what I looked like when I weighed more. Then I dressed in tight clothes because I was proud of what I looked like after I had lost the weight. More than anything, I hated myself in both instances. Today, I dress somewhere in between and modestly because I know God loves me and I want to honor God. When I see a girl dressed in tight clothes, I can tell her self worth doesn’t come from within or God because I’ve been there. When the love of God fills us, it’s all the confidence we need.
The Gospel:
Plain and
Simple
“But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent
beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your
minds should be corrupted from the simplicity
that is in Christ.” - 2 Corithians 11:3
Ask someone today if they are saved and
you will most likely hear responses like these:
“I have accepted Jesus into my heart.” Or “I
have made him Lord of my life.” “I’ve been
baptized.” “I said a prayer.” Sounds all good
and churchy don’t it; but it is difficult to de-termine whether or not a person actually
knows the gospel that saves them. These useless phrases don’t describe a thing about what
the gospel is and has left a devastating effect
of people not knowing what it is that they are
saved from nor how they are saved; which
leaves a more serious effect of people questioning their salvation.
Let’s not muddy the simplicity of salvation that is in Christ with vague church
sounding phrases that do not communicate
anything. But rather present God’s word with
clarity and assuredness. So here is the gospel:
plain and simple.
Sin was passed upon all men by one man
Adam, and death is a consequence of this sin
(Rom 5:12). Mankind has an eternal destiny of
condemnation and wrath - Hell - because of
this sin (Rom 6:23). No matter what good
works one might do we are still found sinners
in the sight of our Creator God. And all unrighteousness and those who follow get indignation and wrath. We cannot be found
righteous for by God’s law we are found sinners (Rom 3:19-20). If we have broken even
one law we are found guilty.
It is for this reason of not being able to
create our own righteousness and being born
in a sinful flesh that we need a savior (Titus
3:5). Christ is that Savior, God manifested in
the flesh, sinless, died in our place on a cross
2000 years ago. Taking upon him the wrath
and judgement that was intended for us sinners. And it is through his bloodshed, burial,
and resurrection on our behalf that we are
able to have peace with God and forgiveness
of our sins (1 Cor 15:1-4, Col 3:14). This good
news is unto all but only those that believe in
it are made righteous in Christ (Romans
3:22).
It is then after we have heard this good
news of Christ’s righteousness available to us freely, that we are sealed with the Holy Spirit
and we are now part of Christ’s body the
church (Eph 1:13)
There is nothing that we need to do, no
good works that are required, and no bad
works that can separate us from our new position in Christ (Romans 8:35-39).
Faith and belief in this information from
God’s word is the gospel.
The gospel is not accepting Jesus into your
heart. The gospel is not making him lord of
your life, it is not saying a prayer and it is not
being baptized with water.
So next time someone asks you if you are
saved. Give them the clear assured answer
“Yes! And let me tell you why!”
