I had these put in today and the Terminix guy completely did a horrible job. I could’ve done it myself how bad it is. Most of them completely broke in pieces and he didn’t say a word.
Yes they work great. I have to replace a few because they are made of plastic, and some have cracked. However getting 16 years of use is pretty good!! Wow I just realized this is an answer to a two year old question. Eh.. maybe it will help someone else.
Anyone use caulk or adhesive before inserting? What kind? Have to put a few in soon. Thx
There are screws that go into the sides or top and bottom.

Terminix wants $75 a piece to put them in, I bought them for $17 and put them in myself.

Use doublesided tape get rid of those clips
Mine pop out with heat-cold cycles! Never had tension clips but had 4 screws to tighten but that didn't work . Good tip about WD-40!
