They didn't stamped Omega logo hundreds of times because it would give off a cheap incoherent look. They did however stamped cross a hundred times and it works, because it's a symmetrical geometric pattern like any other guilloche.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
👏👏 love it
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Funny most of us want the date window the same colour, I love the dial and most wouldn't notice it's there logo
@Antek_S ?
💯
I find it very comfortable and the dial is awesome- love the execution on this one. the kids over at CW are knockin' it out of the park recently.
I personally think the dial looks awesome!!
Hey mate CW just gave you a beautiful new watch. And I'm hearing you go on and on about screws falling out. TRY tightening or use some loctite. The CW pattern in the dial repeating itself.. Com-on be serious it's just a nicely textured pattern. The date wheel being the same colour as the dial..yaa what's the problem? That's a plus in 99.9% of people's books. Gimme a break.
I do find lense to be a bit reflective. Maybe some additional AR coating would reduce that. Otherwise an extremely well designed, refined watch for the money on a beautiful bracelet.
It’s just my personal opinion, as I said in the video I love the brand and think they produce outstanding products ✌️
“Comfortability” definitely isn’t a word and is much harder than just correctly saying “comfort” fyi
Why do you even bother…
“They’ve made it so angular that it loses its [comfort].” Lol. It’s pretty normal to transform nouns into adjectives to suit a speaker’s immediate purpose
@@reinsbosays you. Because grammar is important so you don’t sound like an incompetent moron 👌
@@thomasnez4172you’re just wrong. Comfortability has never, and will never be a word in the English dictionary. Go and argue with Oxford if you want to.

Today I wear a Ball Trainmaster Moon Phase in white. I do own the Twelve since it came out and love the wearability. The stamped logo doesn´t bother me, almost nobody recognises it as a logo. I like the depth in it.
My "Twelve" is Glacier blue on a rubber strap and I love it , looks great and is incredibly comfortable to wear, the issue of logo being repeated on the dial? Never bothered me and the same colour on the date ring ? I like that !
My Christopher Ward Atoll 300 (reef blue) is great. I love it! The clasp carries the logo only, and the screws stay in!
On wrist: Mido Ocean Star GMT. Yesterday, however, I had my CW The Twelve Ti in Astral Blue. The dial looks better in fume. Love mine!
I came here after seeing your video on Teddy for most worn watch. I really liked how you watched James Bond with your dad and that's how you related to the watch.
Appreciate that mate, thank you
Everytime Harrison says seamaster DRINK
Wearing a Christopher Ward x Scottish Watches c65 39mm. As someone that bought a PRX just before this watch came out I was a bit salty 😂. Lovely to hear your pros and cons
Thank you ✌️
Not coincidentally, I'm wearing my Christopher Ward Twelve (white in Steel). My 4th C. Ward. Really like this as a weekend watch when no abuse is anticipated. I wish it had a micro-adjust, but I understand that's likely not feasible with the great butterfly clasp. I would not be surprised if I also have the Ti version in purple by the end of this year.
Casio A100 WE on the wrist today. A cheeky bit of fun that I loved as soon as I saw it. Eighties nostalgia hit in the head with this re-release.
Waiting for my new CW C60 pro 300 in bronze to arrive so browsing all things CW at the moment.
I have this exact model as well as the matching rubber strap. I was lucky enough to visit their showroom in Maidenhead in May and the guys were great. For me the watch wears super comfortable on both bracelet and strap. The matching strap really makes it a fab summer wear when the sun is out.
I have not tried on the Twelve yet, but the comfortability comment matters to me. That is the same reason why I returned my PRX. I did however see that CW offers these in a rubber strap which is cheaper than the bracelet so I might go that way if it really does dig into you. Great review!
Hmmmm... I am quite sure the pattern on the dial is not a repetative CW logo🤔
But still, TY for the review! Love your channel❤
Wearing my Seiko Presage style 60s (Rose Gold) on a third party leather strap 😃
The dial just looks like a textured pattern, didn’t realize it was the logo until you mentioned it
I just got one in Nordic blue 40mm. It’s way better than the prx, no awkward overhang. And I have no idea what your talking, about its very comfortable
I am very tempted to get this watch, i do love the design, the bracelet and the thickness or thinness is great. Today I'm wearing a serica 5303-3 midnight blue.
I'm with you on the cons. I could see me with this watch with a different dial and a rubber strap. A cool one though. Today I have in my white dialed Sinn 104 on a vintage bond nato strap.
Really considering one of these. Love that blue dial. Only issue is I want to try it on first which is not gonna happen so I guess I won’t be getting one anytime soon. Wearing my Seiko sbtr027
Order one and send it back if ya can afford to
Pretty sure they’ve 30 days try on period or something
I don’t like the thought of having to put out the money just to try it on and if I don’t like it I have to pay to ship it back and potentially a couple of weeks to get my money back. I’m sure I can live with out it. 👍
NO HATE, just LOVE ❤❤
And I compare it with my Overseas, Tonda GT and Defy Classic! Even the fit (half links) is better!
On the wrist: SPB157, a sleek blue dial watch with alpinist heritage that is my current daily driver. The 6R35 movement has extremely good timekeeping without adjustment, which almost surprised me after some negative reviews (to the extent I wonder if the complainers wound their watch before measuring?)
Serious contender to the PRX. However, I’m personally not a fan of a integrated bracelet. Today I have on a Seagull 1963
First time I’ve ever seen someone complain about a date wheel matching the dial opposed to not matching lol
Interesting! I find mine extremely comfortable. So comfy I barely feel it on wrist. The bracelet is awesome in my opinion. My screws have never come loose either. Get a drop of threadlocker on them or maybe try the rubber strap? I do find the dial a little too fussy though. I don't mind the repeating logos as it makes a nice geometric pattern, I just think its too defined/deep.
Good review and points not made by other UA-camrs. Have you reviewed Anordain? That would good to hear
Wearing the omega aqua terra silver with orange second hand.
Funny I find the watch to be extremely comfortable and not at all digging into my skin. Yeah the dial is a bit meh to be honest. But you can't see that the pattern is their logo unless you use a loup, so I have no idear why this would be such a huge a con?
The glue they use on their screws? are you on edibles? have you tried actually thightening the screws? may I sugest a t shaped blade for your 1.2mm screwdriver if you have an issue? Or just go buy a tube of loctite ?
If I didn't already have a CW (my green Bel Canto which is currently on my wrist), I'd get this CW model & color. Gives off Czapek vibes.
Would loctite on the screws help?
You're a bit late to the CW party. Is that because you don't sell them.......
It’s remarkable how much his style has changed and is remarkably similar to Adrian Barker - last time I watched him he was very different….. the cadence and initiation are identical.
Great review and thanks. Thankfully it now comes with both the rubber and bracelet straps. I agree with the over branding on it, but do understand they are building a brand also. For my money I think this is the most beautiful dial I have seen in a while. I do wish the 40mm steel came with the new SW300 movement though. I might wait for that. As beautiful as titanium is, I don’t like scratches.
I'd love to hear if they fixed some of those cons in the titanium version.
If the PRX and Aqua Terra had a baby.
Today is a Tudor BB GMT. The 12 looks interesting. Need to see and feel it before I comment.
Nice looking watch. If the bracelet caused me pain, I wouldn’t wear the watch. What happened to the 5 day in house movement they used to have?
I appreciate you comments. I agree about the bracelet, but the rest of the watch is amazing. I wish the had incorporated a bit more anti glare coating.
Nice but I prefer my tissot PRX green dial 40mm 👍👏
Seiko SPB089 blue Alpinist on an Uncle Straps "Lincoln" all polished bracelet for me today.
It is your watch... Because CW gave it to you for free? I bought mine. A Ti. As soon as I get it, I will start my own YT watch channel.
Personally I LOVE the dial design and color matching date wheel..
I just ordered one yesterday lol. Hope its worth it!
I’ve got one, it absolutely it, I really love the brand but just a tiny few niggles!
The with is getting the 36 version for Xmas. Hopefully I hear all the pros and no cons 😅
*wife 🤦🏻♂️
Nice design, good to look at, won't break the wallet ! Why the hate?
I didn’t even know it was the logo being stamped lol
The logo still strikes me as something you’d come up with for your year 10 coursework
Something about the dial indices, or how narrow the lug with off the case just doesn’t speak to me. Nothing will ever beat the look of the oyster quartz for me.
Wearing the Hamilton Intra-Matic automatic panda chrono today!
Epic!
I've heard the CQ it's spotty at CW. It's the only reason I haven't pulled the trigger on one. The twelve looks amazing, but the "cons" sounded on par with the reputation unfortunately.
Had watches from several manufacturers. Have to say that’s not my experience of them. My c60 300 was flawless. In comparison My son bought a Doxa sub1500t and its had to go back within a month because the bracelet clasp failed
Honestly at that price point I’d find it hard to compete with the Tissot prx which is a third of the price. Anything more expensive I’d go for a czapek
@@nedflanders3769 gladly. happy wearing my czapek antarctique. No need to get so passive aggressive here. We all have different tastes who’s to say who’s more refined than the other ? lol
@@watcheskicksorry. It was a crappy thing to say. I was sort of joking but it came out wrong. My apologies.
@@nedflanders3769 all good 👍🏻
Can you tell me where to get a PRX at a third of the the CW?
@@drkbarry he's referring to the quartz version. It's a third of the price of the CW Twelve in my region
All those new models and yet 40mm titanium remains a choice of two comical extreme fume dial colours. Would it be too much to expect a basalt grey or Nordic blue dial option?
Nordic blue is out
@@krillansavillan in titanium 40mm?
As you said yourself it’s Defn a subjective review. I personally love the name on the bracelet (like my Longines bracelet) and I also love the coloured date wheel. However if we all loved the same things it would be a boring world.
Get Nico to your podcast and talks him about Hublot
Love the case and bracelet --- the dial design looks too industrial (non-organic) to me ... and the indices / hands look a little cheap. It's why I've not pulled the trigger. That said, the new titanium X really takes this design to the next level. Love Christopher Ward in general. Also - not a fan of their current logo. For the next iteration, I'd suggest some more organic art and less industrial design to their dials. The indices need a different shape - the current shape looks cheap.
So 3 months on… revised video Harrison? Grows on you .
I’m wearing the citizen tsuyosa yellow
love that dial
The dial 1000% does not look like that logo or any logo lol
Doesnt come off as branding to me, just looks like a textured dial
Look closely the pattern on the dial is not the logo. Similar yes but not the logo
Any news on when you might make an appearance on about effing time ?
I prefer the Tissot over the CW. the Finishing isn’t worth double the price. I prefer the Tissot history I can’t get over the fact that the CW has changed their logo so many times it’s ridiculous to me.
Wearing the seiko 5 SRPG27!
Green Omega Smp300 on rubber.
Oft love this - looks so much better in person aswell!!
Had you not told me that was the CW logo id have probably never even noticed. Always just saw it as a type of waffle design.
Wearing my Seiko MM300 SLA053
36 is comfy as hell
I know this is the internet and UA-cam where extreme pronouncements are king, but seriously... "hate?" Give me a break.
Im so boring, but im wearing sinn 556i on a black nato strap.
CW12 Nordic Blue
It’s a czapek homage.
You pay a lot for the bracelet, if it’s not comfortable then why buy it? The case and dial look great but comfort is King.
It’s look just like the Tissot PRX…
Just use loc tite for the screws, easy fix
I think the written name on the clasp is not just a "you" thing but an "us" thing. It just looks bad and is enough to make me not want the watch.
Either no logo or two crosses, all or nothing
CW 12 TI
Normally good reviews but this one?
The logo repeated on the dial unless I was told I wouldn’t know it was their logo.
Seems a very bitter review
I just cannot stand titanium grade 2, especially with no hard coating.
Waffle - dial is like many others AP are no better for that, Screws - never heard that before.
Have to stop using the term comfortability…..
The Christopher ward on the claps is disappointing
THE DIAL is the only thing putting me off from buying this watch.
I disagree with your opinionation. (If you're going to make up words so will I)
If you can’t find any real flaws , just admit it ! Comfortable as f£)&£ and the Logo ! And everyone wants a matching date wheel !
Love my purple titanium model , Flawless unlike your review
Locktite m8
Bs review tbh
prx homage lol
Today I wore an all black Casio GA-B2100 and a Tudor Black Bay Chrono Panda.
I injured my left wrist while working out, no watches for a week Brother😢
