I do zoe's arm, ab, and leg workout everyday for 7 days straight and I got good results, my abs were toned but my arms and legs are still getting there. I started eating less oily, preservatives, and sugary food which helped me improve in a week. I will continue this routine until i get my desired results. At first, I almost gave up when it came to the push ups part but the more I did this workout, the more I started having fun with it. I couldn't even last for 10 seconds of tricep dips at first but the more I did it, the more my endurance lasted and now I can do 20 seconds, it's not 30 yet but I'll get there :)) thank you so much for this workout!
She should not be compared to chloe ting. Her workout doesnt work. One or two works. Her views should sended to other youtubers. Especially dont compare chloe ting to this youtuber. Her workout works
@@firdoushev yea Ik, I did chloes full 2 week program and not all workouts work for everyone. It is irrational to assume that these exercises overall don’t work. It is also drastic and unnecessary to “send her views” to other people.
Everyone’s body is different. When you go into workouts people are in different stages of muscle strength. Humans have different compositions. Some people start with some already toned shoulders or legs and overtime they quickly see results. Other people may need to do it longer or may not see results at all. But some people obviously saw results because their are many comments talking about their results. Please do some research or think through things before making such drastic comments. I hope you learned from this and have a happy holiday season ❤️

For people who just started doing this workout let me tell you! this workout is fabulous!!!! I started my weight loss journey in 2022 and trust me i did this workout along 10-30 min cardio everyday! I did it consistently for like 1 month and i lost 2 inches of my arms! and i swear i even stopped exercising in between but my arms never gained that 2 inch even tho i gained 5 kgs! so this workout works!

At first, I almost gave up when it came to the push ups part but the more I did this workout, the more I started having fun with it. I couldn't even last for 10 seconds of tricep dips at first but the more I did it, the more my endurance lasted and now I can do 20 seconds, it's not 30 yet but I'll get there :)) thank you so much for this workout!

@@firdoushev yea Ik, I did chloes full 2 week program and not all workouts work for everyone. It is irrational to assume that these exercises overall don’t work. It is also drastic and unnecessary to “send her views” to other people.
Everyone’s body is different. When you go into workouts people are in different stages of muscle strength. Humans have different compositions. Some people start with some already toned shoulders or legs and overtime they quickly see results. Other people may need to do it longer or may not see results at all. But some people obviously saw results because their are many comments talking about their results. Please do some research or think through things before making such drastic comments. I hope you learned from this and have a happy holiday season ❤️
@@Livvy_072 no im not fat or skinny. I try to maintain my weight. I want to succeed in everything. She also posted a video about why workout dont work for some people. It didnt work. There are many youtubers whose workout are greater. I dont need to compare. People should have a try on them instead of popular ones. For me abs in 2 weeks worked. People should try on lily sabri and many more. They work greater.

i’m gonna start doing this exercise to gain more confidence for the summer holidays since my arms have always been a HUUGE insecurity of mine💕💕
day 1: OMG I WAS STRUGGLING SO MUCHH 😭😭 i really felt the burn!
day 2: still the same as yesterday.. had to stop for a few seconds at some point
day 3: skipped because i felt lazyy :P
day 4: I SEE A DIFFERENCE!! i can feel some muscles now and it was so much more easier than the past few days 🫶🫶
day 5: done!! same as yesterday but felt a bit more hard for me 😭
day 6: i got an injury that needed stitches… :( but once i’ve recovered, i’ll start doing this again!!
day 7: i started to do this again despite not being in good shape… i am DESPERATE!! also, i did not do some exercises that would harm my lower arms and i also modified most of them!
day 8: still the same as yesterday! i also noticed a HUGEEE difference from before!! love this work out sm ✨✨😩😩
day 9: arms felt fat after modifying the exercises…so i started to do them properly since my wound got better!! probably not beneficial for the healing process, but beneficial for my confidence😹😹😹
day 10: started to do all of the work outs properly now! 👊👊💪💪
day 11: soo tiring still… but i feel so energised after doing this!!🙌🙌
day 12: my arms look so much more defined and my stamina is getting better!! 💕💕💕

I started my weight loss journey in 2022 and trust me i did this workout along 10-30 min cardio everyday! I did it consistently for like 1 month and i lost 2 inches of my arms! and i swear i even stopped exercising in between but my arms never gained that 2 inch even tho i gained 5 kgs! so this workout works!
