I have an Acer Predator Helios 300 laptop with an i7 processor and a 3060 card. I was suffering from heat. I changed the thermal pads to 1.5 mm and changed the thermal paste, but the problem worsened and it became a terrible suspension of games and crashes. I changed the thermal pads to 1 mm and it came back much better than the first time. It has become like new. The thermal pads must be changed to 1 mm. Thank you. I am from Saudi Arabia and I follow your beautiful clips.
Hi bro! 1mm should be perfect..and also cleaning all heatsink fins and cooling fans regularly is really important in laptop to maintain the peak performance.
The cover has 2 pads , may i know the thermal conductivity of those ? I need to order them.

I did ordered that exact card for my studio for Tutorial last month but two of my ordered unfortunately was cancelled by my source, they gave me a different card instead..i will see if i can source one for you.
what happen if your gpu die? can you replace it or fix?
If the gpu die that depends what's the cause of the issue..they can be fix but only few will do it here in UK..and that depends which Country you from. And sometimes its better to replace the whole motherboard, if you're lucky you can find Pre owned in Ebay or Amazon, or just google it in your local area.

@@greenshroomgames ofcourse bro, u only need one gpu..but that depends on the kind of games you're going to play and what horse power your gpu have..there's two kind of gpu on your pc..integrated and dedicated. Integrated is the one noemally builtin inside the cpu chip..but the dedicated is separate hardware on its own and has more horse power use for Triple A games and video editor.
@@TakeThatScrewOut I have laptop with Intel UHD 630 and Nvidia Geforce Gtx 1650 I'm not sure if it is mid range but I can play a lot of triple As but my concern is if one of my gpu dies can I still play less demanding games or it's bricked or there is still a chance like having an external gpu or is that even a thing?
@@greenshroomgames ur UHD gpu will last till ur cpu still working..but the GTX one if that dies..you can only play games with external gpu via Thuderbolt port.
