@OneButtMan Yes revenge is selfish, and will lead to more pain, so I ask, what’s the difference between a hero and a villain then. A hero much like the villain fights and defeats and sometimes even kills of the people that hurt their friends, but the villain does same and because they’re the “villain” it’s wrong but it’s right for the hero to. When you always forgive people tend to perceive it as weakness and try to exploit it, so do you suggest always turning a blind eye to that, and if your answer to his is no, then you’re going against your own ideology, and if you suggest that there are other means what if they don’t work, when shove comes to push you will do what needs to be done in order to protect your interests, it’s easy to say it from the outskirts but when you’re placed in a life or death situation where you have to act fast you’d be disgusted at what you’re capable of.
Geralt and Naruto Uzumaki would make great friends. Naruto spend the first thirteen years of he’s childhood being looked down upon and abuse by he’s own village for a burden he never asked for. Like Geralt he had all the chances to go rogue or kill them but he always showed resolve. 🙂
Both aren’t wrong, but everytime I take a path for dark it feels like I’m giving up on something. I don’t know anymore. Though both Geralt and Naruto killed, but just because they did it with a smile and in the name of their own twisted versions of hope for the future people don’t frown on it. I remember a quote from somewhere it went like, “Humans go around preaching of hope and love with guns in their hands.” Naruto fought against darkness but doing the same thing those who walk the path of darkness did. He was not a good person, neither was Geralt. They were all just humans living life according to their opinions.

We are what we are for everything lived from the good experiences and the bad ones, so what you’re saying doesn’t really make sense.
