good sir, i have a question. just learnt that high knee jumping rope improves glutes. do you recommend it or not recommend it due to its being one sided each time the knee is up?
thanks in advance. greetings from turkey. (you are my favourite guy by far in terms of si pain expertise)

Hi Mckonal, thank you for your question and kind words!
Regarding the high knee jumping rope exercise, I think it can be beneficial for strengthening the glutes, which, in turn, may help stabilize the SI joint, especially after completing the program. Many movements that are temporarily not recommended for SI joint issues can be reintroduced gradually as part of an ongoing strengthening routine once core connection is established and the initial sprain has a chance to heal. However, I would not recommend it for someone just starting the program, as it's a high-impact exercise that could potentially aggravate the SI joint. Unilateral exercises like high knees are usually on the list of things to avoid for SI joint pain.
Please feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need further guidance. Thanks for being here! 😊

Hi Harry, thank you so much for your comment!
We have thousands of students in our program that are addressing the root causes to their spondylolisthesis and spondylolysis. On our UA-cam channel, we also have numerous videos discussing various aspects of these conditions.
Our program teaches a specific approach to engage your deep core muscles, which helps address the entire spine and back, ultimately working towards a pain-free lifestyle. If you're interested in learning more, you can check out our free masterclass presentation here: www.corebalancetraining.com/masterclass. 😊
