- Milwaukee tools are now becoming disposable tools. They live and work for a short time, but then die. They are designed tlso they are to expensive to repair.
This is nothing more than a con. A professional tool should be repairable and last.
Milwaulee cam do neither.

We need to come up with an acronym for TTI, Milwaukee’s parent company. Trash to Incinerate is the only thing I can think of.

Could you not draw the magnetic tacho ring off by pulling on the bearing below it and then once you press the bearing back on press the magnetic tacho ring on by the brass ring in the middle of it.
if the bearings shot, i would expect it to have enough play to crack the magnet. those magnets are kinda weak
Done that on a few of Wurths grinders, its possible, but one time i got it successfully of and changed the bearing just to crack the magnetic ring when assembling it back together..
You can put a little shim on the bering house like a piece of aluminum Dinkins bottles

They are going the Hilti way defitively: Make mid grade tools, upsell them and make up for the lack of parts and build quality with extensive warranty.

I'm in America and have all m18 fuel tools. Its a shame to see theyre this crappy considering how much I spent on them. Luckily i have the warranty
and when the warranty expires.....
@@JuiceBanger1 well it’s a 5 year warranty… considering how much I use my tools, it’ll probably break before then and I’ll warranty it out.

Yall don't get a 5 year no hold barred warranty??? Wow. Thats the best part of Milwaukee on the states. And there's a service center in my home town that my neices husband works at. I just drop them off at the desk with a note and he calls me when it's finished. Dont even need the receipt, they check the serial #. Screwed of you bought a t year old tool off the shelf but never had thay issue
We've 3yrs here, but only if you register the tool with their online warranty scheme

Great video! What do you recommend as a brand? I use tools daily as a HD mechanic, most of my stuff is air and I will always have air tools for my main work but I’m looking to get some battery powered stuff, I live in Canada and the brands I have the most access to is dewalt, makita, ridged, Milwaukee and snap on.

Makita is the best built and most reliable of those. What should be their heaviest hitting 1/2” impact has a 3/4” anvil for whatever reason (competing with 1/2” class competitors). Milwaukee is the only one with a cordless 1” impact (they have two variations). As they do with plumbing and electrical, they’ve been aiming at mechanics but I’m not aware of them having as many specific tools other brands forgot about. Dewalt is cheaper for a reason. MAC might sell some versions that aren’t laughable polypropylene housings but it’s the same unreliable electronics. Snap-On can’t compete with the dedicated power tool manufacturers. The air tools are a brick shit house, of course.
They were good when they were part of the atlas Copco/aeg group,but now they are 💩
Imagine having to explain the parts situation to the customer. I mean, wtf Milwaukee? You design it so you have to destroy the tachometer to replace the bearings and then make it so you have to buy a whole rotor to get the tachometer? Come the fuck on. Most common wear and tear part across everything: bearings. Do you sell Milwaukee? I’d dump them if I did.
Lest I forget Milwaukee uses the shittiest bearings that die prematurely.

Przyjacielu może było by lepiej na wytaczarke założyć ten korpus i wtedy zrobić ten otwur symetrycznie no inaczej będzie wirnik tarł o stojan i przegrzeje się też wirnik z neodymami co spowoduje że się odpuszczą z całym szacunkiem dla twojego patentu z grzaniem śrubokręta!
