You are doing a great job, unfortunately I don't see an end to the grass regrowing unless they are constantly putting chemical on the regrowth or lift the bricks and put a better foundation to kill the grass roots.
You are right, it was laid incorrectly so it won’t stop but Iv been back recently and it’s no where near as a back just the odd bit of grsss a yearly clean would have it looking decent

If you had rinsed the surfaces first, it would have been much easier to clean this area.

Why do you have to swipe the dirt separately when you know, your pressure washer hose can blow it off ??🙄🙄
It irritates me personally.
I guess if you had done it you’d understand but it’s just easier to use the broom. The washer is good for moving water but not sludge, sludge is heavy
