OMGosh! That property just kept going and going, so full of gardens. You did a fabulous job and I imagine the owners were just beside themselves with joy ❣️🙏❣️ (fav. emojis)
You covered a lot of surfaces and areas. I was admiring how good the gardens were, the multiple plant types flowing together well. At 16:11 the red brick wall regaining its color was nice. At the end, a nice collection of paving surface colors, differing areas. The paving is safe for walking on and the areas beautiful to the eye. You worked hard.
This is a beautiful garden area. The colours araund the pool area remind me of rose quartz. They must look stunning in the bright sun. This little elephant statue was adorable 🐘 Have a nice week!
Oh wow, way to go. I pressure washed our drive way, hypo'd and sanded it down over our summer (we're in New Zealand). You make it look so much easier, honestly it was hard out work and we've still got sand everywhere even though we leaf blew it away!
Why do the people who lay these new patios never seem to take drainage into account? Also wouldn’t the customer have been better off cutting back the trees and bushes before you came in?
Wonderful job, first one I have seen of someone with an area of paving etc getting close to mine (mine are still in total even bigger than this and took 8 sessions on 8 days for 1 - 3 hours a time just doing the initial pressure hosing. Very useful to see what is used here for the hypo. Watering can isn't working for me as too slow but my pressure hose setting for that not working either. I need to buy some more kit.
Couldn't help being concerned about all those algae getting into the pool! I just cleaned ours after the winter and it was so hard to get rid of them! Happy I have a wooden deck! 😂Turned out lovely though, I wouldn't mind a setting like that in case it never needs to be cleaned. 🙃
😎🎉 Now that you’ve done the spaces all around the pool & the property the pool looks more inviting! Well except the little fact of pool needing cleaned😉😂 BTW…what part of your clean ups do you like to do the most?
nice job. but if u batched the SH a little hotter u could possibly get rid of the small black spots too I think. downstreaming it is max 1-2% SH. depends the agreement with the client though. if the client doesn't care for that last details of 1-5% I would prefer to clean the 95% for a small discount. 95% clean is easy money... the other 1 to 5% is hard and not worth most of the times 😅 I d like to know ur thoughts and how u deal with it.
I apply hypo at 7.5% dude, I always inform my clients that if their garden has a lot of foliage like this one then we will be aiming for 95% improvement. Personally if money and time wasn’t a factor I’d stay until it was perfect but life gets in the way and more jobs to do. But agree with what you’ve said
@@KirbsideCleaning yeah we got the same thinking. that's what I wanted to know :P but how u apply 7.5% ? if SH is at 12-13% and u donwstream it, it will be sprayed at 1-2% maximum. what I m missing here ?
@@KirbsideCleaning hmm I have to buy an xjet.. I always forget how much it draws :D so I assume u got a 5gpm and u use xjet open at 2:1 ratio. it really is 5%, not 7.5% but still is very high draw and enough for most jobs. (7.5% would be at a 1:1 ratio) thanks for the info, keep up the good job!
I always wonder why so many people don't have someone come in and manicure the garden back before pressure washing. Most of the shrubs and hedges are overgrown.
Great transformation Ryan. I have got my first pressure washing job with a swimming pool coming up and I am nervous about getting waste or chemical into the pool. You didn't seem to worry in this video. Would the surfactant not adversely affect the pool? Turn it in to a bubble bath?
Your using maybe a litre of surfactant tops in 5000+ litres of in the swimming pool. Iv never had an issue and done a few but you need to make sure your client is aware that you cannot avoid some debris entering. This particular clients pool was fully of junk from the winter as they hadn’t had it opened for summer yet.
@@KirbsideCleaning Fair points! Unfortunately this pool is immaculate. I am going to have to be über careful - even with the pool cover on. Thanks for the advice.
Ryan, let's review. You power washed the pool patio, the chairs, tables, brick walls, the whole freaking property and hypo'd the hell out of them as well. But what didn't you do? You didn't spend the 5 or 6 hours necessary to trim all of the many bushes and hedges, didn't hypo or clean the swimming pool and you, for whatever reason, didn't install an irrigation system around the pool either. I mean, how much time and money could that have possible cost? Enjoyed your work and have a good week.
It's going to green up again quickly because there's so many high hedges, plants etc. I understand they want privacy but it's blocking out so much light etc and adding to the acceleration of the moss etc.
You are correct but it had never been treated with a biocide before, hopefully now it’s been cleaned properly (and will be yearly) we can keep most the green at bay!
The last guy took 5 days - You did it in 25 mins 🤣 Looks great after you worked your magic 😃
I wish it only took 25 😂😂😂

Really like the use of the 12" surface cleaner. Stopped any guff spraying up into the foliage. I need to get a lance for mine.

Honestly the best bit of kit I bought, very versatile and awesome to use. A great finish with it too

Wow! What a difference! Such a beautiful result. And, thank you for washing the bird dookie off of their deck chairs! 😉
Had to be done! They were actually pretty green but it didn’t come out very well on camera!
All the stone work is absolutely beautiful, but must be a constant safety concern. Gorgeous yard and you did a fantastic job. 💥💥💥

Lots of scrubbing!😱😂
It does look great but you will be back soon if they don’t have someone to trim hedges and on both sides of the stairs.
