Please help me, I'm an american citizen trapped in the Philippines, I've suffered 2 mild stroke, the first just before Yolanda hit the Philippines, this stroke attack dropped me to the ground for 15 minutes rendering me blind. I was waiting for it to kill me, only half my sight returned, feeling like alien vision, including vertigo and memory problems. My 2nd only hit me 2 weeks ago, I've lost all tactile sensitivity on my right side making biofeedback sensitivity impossible, I have great difficulty in signing my name, micro motorcontrol is impossible, my life is being cut away piece by piece, please help me, I was an electrical engineer and loved so much the sciences but it's all been cut away.
