What a brilliant sight it is... that glorious electric blue and sparkles like gems... the shots showing it on the hands, feet and legs look stunning.... so pretty!
Y’all are SO cute and fun!! Just “listening” to this video makes me so happy. Thank you for sharing these amazing videos with us! I’d love to see this in person one day, but with these, I can totally imagine! Blessings to y’all! 💚💙💚
What a beautiful sight to behold. Those people in the video are very lucky to have seen that. I would put it on my bucket list if it wasn't so elusive and far away. I've never seen anything like it.
@@debjotiroy3851 Im super late to the party on this but im researching for a future trip. Body aside, Im curious as to the lens/settings you used. From what i gathered it needs to be f1.8 or faster.
Mezz 777 the time is not critical, but it’s only there very rarely. You have to be lucky to see it, especially this bright. This was located at Plantation Point, Vincentia, but it can be seen in other areas in Jarvis Bay too. Subscribe to the FB group Bioluminescence Australia for alerts and more info.
You might also appreciate that I was using the Rode VideoMic Pro+ in this video too. It's so versatile and produces crisp wind-free audio out in the field. I've only just started using it and it is already making a big difference in the quality of my content.
I’ll probably draw flack for this but I wonder if anyone has tried capturing any of these ‘critters’, to put in an aquarium. Just curious to know whether they would adapt.

Gorgeous Jervis Bay. All the more tragic that the area has been impacted by bushfires this summer.
I found this video on Instagram and what drew my attention was the quality of the footage. May I ask which camera you were using?
Nikon z6 mirrorless
@@debjotiroy3851 oh my god, I asked this question 2 years ago wtf, but thanks anyway :D!

@@xtrappin if u have enough money go for z7 mirrorless , otherwise go for z6...Thanks 😊
