Phyllis Boyd: As the Director of Indy Parks & Recreation, Phyllis Boyd, with her dedicated team, works to provide enriching experiences for all across the department’s 214 parks and 11,608 acres of land. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Indiana University in Bloomington, and both a Master of Arts in Botany and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Texas in Austin."
