hello Jill! Usually on facebook groups, like example i'm here in Ho Chi Minh city, there's an fb group, "Apartments in Saigon" or "Apartments in Hanoi'. so far these groups are helpful, and mabilis pa ang communication. There's also mystay.vn. but recommended ko po is joining fb groups pa din, madaming agents po dun. :)
